Hi, I am new to this lifestyle and have heard a lot about this machine. Would somebody mind telling me exactly what they are used for? They sound very interesting. I remember them from the old days but all I can remember them being used for was fruit. a dehydrator sucks all the water out of food
so it is dry

that's the long and the short of it

people use it for all sorts of things

veggies, nuts, fruits, u name it
