Raw FRESH Oats harvesting soon

We are harvesting an oats crop very soon. We will sell really raw sproutable oat groats for $4.25 a pound. This field has not been chemically treated and is a very healthy ecosystem. We are located in northern WI if you are interested in pickup and saving shipping. Shipping will be figured fairly - depending on the amount desired.

I'm sorry I'm so ignorant on this - but how long will these oats last before going bad? What can I do to keep them? Thanks for responding if you have time.
