Charming, petite studio attached to private house occupied by longtime raw vegan. Private entrance, cable/DVD/television, wireless internet. Studio has a small fridge but no kitchen of its own. Some main house kitchen privileges available. Some furniture optional. Very quiet residential neighborhood yet close to downtown, farmers markets, Whole Foods, Fresh Market, beach, parks.
Short, intermediate or longer term.
