Raw coconut spreads

I have been on a raw diet for 6 months and I am trying to move my whole family onto healthy raw foods. Not too easy with young children who have been used to chocolate and sweets. I have started buying coconut butters from my local markets. They taste great and my children love them. They are being advertised as healthy and Raw from the company below.

How can I be sure they are Raw?

my son hates avocados but will eat the chocolate pudding made with them. He says he will make an exception because it is so good. He likes dipping strawberries in them. We blend Carob powder (from zNaturals online), dates, avocado, and water. We skip the cacao powder because even though it may be raw it still has natural caffeine which is something I am not interested in giving a child.

as far as coconut oil. We know now by taste. The raw stuff is fresh tasting and the cooked has a weird taste. We get coconut oil from the health food store and it's a brand called "Garden Of Life" ..they sell this online too. I like getting it in a glass jar to be sure it doesn't get plastic leaching in it.
