AWI seeks a self motivated person with a 4-year related degree or an associate degree and equivalent work experience to join our management team in Puerto Rico. The management level position will report to the board of directors and develop and coordinate all marketing functions and strategies. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of promotional marketing experience, donation marketing solicitation, and experience with grant research and/or writing. Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus. All management level positions at AWI must be certified in the Living Foods Lifestyle® or attend the 2-week certification course prior to beginning employment. All employees begin as “Service Providers” and are offered full time employment status after a 3-month period. As we are a non-profit organization our pay scale is low, but our benefit package includes many amenities.

Requirements:
oKnowledge of how Market research is conducted, why it is conducted, and what to do with the information that is obtained from conducting it.
oKnowledge of related Expo research and how to prepare presenters.
oAbility to conduct presentations before large groups and serve as a spokesperson regarding The Living Foods Lifestyle®.
oKnowledge of how to research grant options and how to prepare a grant.
oKnowledge of holistic health and natural healing.
oAbility to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
oSolid knowledge of computer use and software such as Word and Excel.
oExpert knowledge in communicating in both written and verbal form with management and board members.
oKnowledge of team building / mentorship.
oMarketing or business background is required. Three to five years experience in related Marketing and leadership experience in a team environment in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
