Looking for experience at raw food cafe/stall/anything and anywhere!

I will be graduating from the Living Light Institute as a Gourmet Raw Chef and Instructor at the end of August. I am English - and am looking for some experience (unpaid or paid, depending) working in a raw food kitchen and running a raw food business. Will consider anywhere in the world....only stipulation is that it must be very hot. Currently in Northern California, but come end of August am free! Very easy going and laid back, 22 yo female, I have been working as a cook on private yachts before getting in to raw food and would just like to get some more experience in this field before setting up my own company (fingers crossed).
