Lookig for a CHEF. Work exchange in Nicaragua

Hello,
We are soon to open a Yoga Retreat in Nicaragua,
we are looking for a vegetarian chef. We have a 15 acres organic farm, and are very new to raw food.
We are looking for and adventurous,very independent and responsible human, who is not afraid of living in Nature, and with some knowledge of Spanish .
We offer work exchange to begin with.

is your yoga retreat near the ocean? i am a vegan chef and raw foods chef also.
