looking for some work exchange

I am looking for some work exchange in an area such as gardening or something to do in the health industry. I would like to be in a very laid back relaxed environment. Sosme of my skills range from raw food chef, personal training, energetic healing, Indian head massage. I need to be in a warm healing environment for a few months. Anyone private me if you have an offer
