Smart Meter-free suite to rent in BC lower mainland

Corix is attempting to take over the lower mainland, we chased them off the current property recently (I'm staying temporarily with family)... but I'm looking to move in the coming months, and I'd like to sign a lease that doesn't have a death certificate stapled to it.
No-pets, no-partying, mature, tidy, working, responsible, raw vegan couple looking for a long-term lease. Can provide excellent references from previous landlords, current employers, great credit rating, yada yada. I'm not in a rush to move, but I thought I'd post this now, because... In the words of Pink Floyd... Is there anybody out there?? Please send a PM! Even if you read this post months from now... safe places seem harder and harder to come by.
