Date: May 18, 2012 09:36PM Question: that honey looks pretty fluid. I was told that really raw honey is always solid and if it's liquid it's because it's been heated. Any comment on this? Re: Raw, unheated, unfiltered natural honey for sale

Date: May 18, 2012 10:43PM Honey straight from the hive is always in liquid form. Over time, if left to sit, unopened (or opened very little), it will crystalize. However, if it has been heated (which will destroy things like enzymes and antioxidants) and filtered (which removes pollen grains), it will stay liquid indefinitely. Our honey is totally raw - everything the bees put it in is still in it. Re: Raw, unheated, unfiltered natural honey for sale

Date: May 26, 2012 11:33PM I see that the quart is $21. How many pounds is a quart? I am trying to compare prices to what I buy right now... Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
