You receive Your own Bedroom and Bathroom in this newly built (2002) 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. 3 Level home: 1 bedroom and bath on first floor, 2nd floor is kitchen, living, dining, 2 balconies and 1/2 bath, 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. I will be in one of the bedrooms on the top floor. The other 2 bedrooms are for rent @ $350 each (each person has their own bathroom).
First and last month rent, references needed. Amenities Include: Fireplace, Washer/Dryer, Workout Facility, Seasonal Swimming Pool, 1 Hour west of the Pacific Ocean, 20 minutes from downtown Portland, many Organic Grocery stores.
