Thanks everybody. Yes I am going around randonmly telling everybody I meet about her, working her into conversations where it's barely even appropriate, etc.

If you want to hear a cute story.

We met on the bus in 6th grade. She said she loved me right away. She asked me for my phone number and I wouldn't give it to her for some reason. I guess I was shy. We did sit on the bus together though. I don't remember much about middle school.

In high school we met again, but she had transformed into an uber-hottie. Of course I started chasing her around. She ignored me becuase I probably deserved it for ignoring her the first time.

We had Kevin/Winnie from the wonder years relationship through high school. Good friends...Then we'd have a "moment" then be back to normal.

Then we lost touch for 15 years.

Until 2 or so months ago. She lives in Florida and I'm in Delaware right now, but we're making it work. She came up here for a few days, and I'm going down there next month. We talk every day on the phone, text, talk online while we're at work, send pictures back and forth, and we have "dates" twice a week or so on the webcam. Guess I am moving to Florida when my lease runs out.

hey, don't rain on the love parade! what you take away from your experience is up to you. i savour all the memories of past loves, the ending of things never spoiled anything for me. it's all good.

It's ok coco. Nobody can touch what we have right now. Enjoying it while it lasts is not our attitude. Expanding our capacity for love and making it last is. We've been prepared for this our whole lives, after knowing each other in our youth, then growing separately, now coming back together. I've never even witnessed a relationship like we have. She is truly an inspiration, and brings out the best in me!
