Crafty Show 'n Tell

Date: August 07, 2009 12:43PM Got busy last night and made a new purse out of some velour fabric I had on hand. (Purple velour is my favorite thing. You can't see it in the picture, but there are two shades of purple velour. The butterfly is painted artist's canvas, so even though she looks fragile, she's pretty durable. I don't like dealing with my sewing machine, so it's all hand-stitched.

Date: August 07, 2009 06:48PM Thanks, guys. Coco-- yes, the purple velour on the bottom came from a bathrobe I dismantled and made into an adorable little sweater/jacket thing. The top half is recycled from the bottom of a long jacket that I shortened into a cropped jacket. Sharrhan:
