Date: September 02, 2010 07:51PM I wonder if you are looking correctly in Google. Supposedly it's the best search engine. I used to refuse to use it because I was used to Yahoo! and when I finally couldn't find something, I tried it at Google and now I won't go anywhere else. The sponsored links should be ignored (at the top) and perhaps trying to devise a better search phrase would help? Re: i need to look stuff up but its not in google

Date: September 06, 2010 06:25AM I have a hard time searching for stuff but I've realized a lot of the time it's not where I'm looking but how I'm looking that's the issue. There is some kind of phrasing that I just don't get I think. I can search all day for something and find nada but my friend the librarian takes about 2 minutes to locate exactly what I'm after. They dont track your searches or keep records of them or your ips adress. They are a privacy search engine. They havent failed me yet. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
