‘Harvard Crimson’ Column: Time to Get Rid of Academic Freedom

Why does one of our "best" universities admit students who are not able to cope with freedom and true diversity (of thought)? From my experience, it's because compliant and eager-to-please people like her are there to do the bidding for gutless professors and admins.

The sub-story about the fired prof who spoke out about Islam is "interesting" too.

Wow! Just when you think you've heard it all. "Academic Justice" I never heard of such a thing. How many "justices" are there. Social Justice, Economic Justice, was the other one Housing Justice, what neighborhood you live in. Is there no end to the In-Justices?

In other words, a certain group - and you know who you are - wants to control, censure, outlaw, punish, not only Everything we Do and Say, but Everything we Think! Our own Opinions and Beliefs are now Taboo. The "Thought Police".
And we pay a fortune to send our kids to these colleges eye rolling smiley

Why does "Sandra Korn" remind me of "Sandra Fluke".

Here's the article she wrote -

This is the article that the women got their panties all in a bunch over -

Big deal. It's his opinion.

"Off with his head" --

The Feminists hate this guy more than the Liberals hate Sarah Palin smiling smiley

If you teach at University, you can't have an opinion, unless it's the exact same opinion as the Thought Police. Where will this all end?

Poor little rich girl Sandra Korn: [www.frontpagemag.com]

"Who, then, is this fierce critic of American empire, this enemy of capitalism, this scourge of Wall Street? Well, as it turns out, she’s from the affluent suburb of Basking Ridge, New Jersey, where she grew up in a house at..........that was purchased in 1998 for $800,000. (If you check it out on Google Maps, it looks like the very image of the American dream: a peaceful paradise of large, pretty houses separated from the quiet street by broad, manicured lawns dotted with shade trees.) Her parents are Elizabeth A. Korn, a pediatric endocrinologist, and William D. Korn, whose own Harvard degrees are in economics and business administration..."
