Date: November 10, 2009 07:18PM Maybe if you can break the table down into pieces to reassemble in home you can ship it where the person is at? Just add in the shipping and handling charges with the price tag.
What else do you build? I only have made the country benches from scratch, and wanted to learn how to do the dove tail joints (that's those in and out joints glued together right?) Then I paint them and then I paint on checker board on the top, and buy wooden checkers and a little wood chest to put them in, add on the little picture hanger and hang the little treasure chest on the inside of one of the legs. I do use a water based polyurethane for finishing it. I can sell those for between $60 to $125 depending on sizes. Now I'm anxious to build one! I just have to be patient though..something I've been practicing for a couple years now. I've thought of using a real old fashioned Matchmaker..someone that knows the people she matches up. I tried craigslist..too much weirdness going on there. I met up with a couple of the guys..but no one special. We'll be waiting for those pics! Love, Prism Re: My heart broke today

I bet that Valentines card was nice. Do you still have them? My stuff at age 8 was similar....cardboard and crafty items,no tables. Yea,the Shaker style is one of my favorites too. Very simple design. Hey,nice day to you. Vinny Re: My heart broke today

Date: November 11, 2009 02:46AM I am in Cincinnati, Ohio. Once I get another job, recently laid off preschool teacher, we may have to make arrangements to meet halfway. I would love to have the opportunity to purchase furniture like the type you make, they are beautiful works of art.

Date: November 11, 2009 08:08AM i must admit that i also deeply resonate with the japanese architectural style as well
both the shaker and japanese style architecture have a very profound albeit austere beauty they allow the silence to take center stage the space in between to have great meaning Re: My heart broke today

Date: November 11, 2009 06:02PM I just discovered this thread. My hubby and I have 9 felines fur-balls between us, so I can totally understand your loss. I'm glad you're doing better. You will find furry love again, I'm sure, when the time is right. Hang in there and know that we're always here for you.

Alex Trebec: La Veronique: Windex ( window cleaner) it is and now you are at the 50 thousand dollar rank Now, you have four seconds to guess What that yellow container is in Vinny's work shed. Alex, I'll take anti freeze for 5 thousand. DING DING DING DING DING DING!!!!!!! Alex: La Veronique... it IS Antifreeze.. and you have also won a 7 day trip to Micronesia La Veronique: It's all thanks to Vinny for giving me a heads up. strange how people get their kicks out of the tiniest thing LOL I think I need to get busy with the rest of my day ....yep glad to see you are feeling a wee bit better wishing that both furry friends and non furry companions bless your life Re: My heart broke today
