Designing with my cad program is fun and sometimes very taxing. Playing chess is fun and puts brain on full overload if oponent is any good, but the same brain power doesn't work for backgammon or the african marble game. Working with free energy devices can be very elusive but most exicting when breakthroughs come along. Playing guitar is zoning out,mellow,relaxing. Reading sophistocated books are brain and lifestyle chalanges and ways to even more fun. Riding my bike makes me forget about all of the above. Re: brain entrainment
