Sex?
Date: August 10, 2011 07:43PM

I don't mean male or female (or yes or no!), I mean have you noticed any increase in libido??

I find my sex drives increase with sugar, fat, and salt and decrease with veggies and fruits -- I mean decrease in intensity but maybe also even frequency of urges.

Another thing: are you vegans/raw foodists into wild raunchy sex? Anonymous sex? Casual sex?? Whatever...just curious, as besides food, I think sex is like the other central aspect of our lives as human beings so I'm curious what a vegan lifestyle has been like for y'all in that matter (personal disclosure: I'm not interested in going vegan myself right now but I am open to it if my attempt at healthy eating and living leads naturally to it later on).

yes us crazy vegans regulary engage in secret monthly rituals of wild obnoxious sex

omg youve found us out !

the problem you are having with veggies and fruits is you dont eat them ..you mate with them .. i suggest starting with pickles and working your way up winking smiley

ok im having a laugh at your expense grinning smiley

but seriously .. i think vegans have the capacity for raunchy anonymouse casual sex just as much as anyone else ...

increase libido , intensity and frequency .. definitely .. but i dont think it has anything to do with being vegan , rather moreso with taking better care of ones overall health and being a kinder gentler person just makes for more love smiling smiley

Matt Amsden mentions that what first brought him to raw foods veganism was hearing on a radio show that it clears your vascular system and is thus an effective, um, impotence therapy smiling smiley I find that people that eat an unclean diet tend to be less vigorous, you know, sacked out on the couch after Taco Hell. It makes sense that this would influence other aspects of vigor. That said, everyone is different; the Burker King brawl thread depicts a whole lot of aggro that could manifest in libido as well, but is it genuine and healthy?

As to the other query: there's no such thing as vegan sex, Dr. Kinsey, though I suspect there are fewer clinical sadists among vegans, as vegans tend not to find suffering/pain titillating. I am making a generalization, of course.

Obnoxious sex?? That's an interesting phrase!

Yeah, there are definitely advantageous to being female!

Not at all; I hadn't even considered veggie sex! I've heard of lonely shepherd boys...but lonely organic farm girls??

Well, not simply capacity in the abstract but actual increases in propensity and intensity....

I wonder. Sex doesn't have to have anything to do with love, after all.

Anyway, I definitely feel much less horny drinking all this veggie smoothie stuff than I do loading up on sugar, salt, and fat!

I know melon-like breasts and buttocks on a woman helps me!

Ah, those black chicks were so lovely, all so black and round in all the right places! And such ferocity...you can only wonder how it would feel channeled sexually....

I dunno; vegans/raw foodists make so many claims I just realized that I hadn't heard of any regarding sex!
