WY,

Surely you are joking--he has a "family" nose; he's had it since birth. Chelsea inherited it and she's a veg, too.

No, I'm not joking. I've seen pictures of him when he was President, and some now. There's a definite enlargement of his nose now......WY
P.S. It's no matter. I like Bill Clinton. I just thought someone here would have noticed it too.

In case I missed it, how long has he been vegan? Is this just a passing phase, a 'diet' that is just going to be temporary? I guess thats unfair, as only he can decide that.

Well, alcohol can be vegan winking smiley.

And your nose grows as you age too.

I guess microbes don't count? Actually some exclude alcohol of any type for that reason, counting microbes somehow as being 'animal'. I guess there are very tiny animals, but not all are animal. I guess they don't scrub the floor or wash the bathtub? or clean a wound?

Alcohol is one of those tricky things. The last time I went to a wine tasting a woman was asking for the vegan wine section. They had an organic section. My partner thought that all wines were vegan, but I suppose its not always true.

WY,

Fast food evildoers sponsor everything these days sad smiley

Clinton became a vegan because of his heart troubles. He felt better on high veg, so he kept including more and more plant foods and fewer other foods, until he arrived at the regimen he currently uses. He has said that, because it is therapeutic for a problem that is chronic and deadly, he's not going back.

Why would his cigars be interesting? Actually there might be something interesting behind that, but I don't think it would go over well here.

Did you get it mid-postwinking smiley (That's why I left it as it is...Actually, I used to think Clinton was one of our best presidents. His cigar antics are not my issue
but rather NAFTA, as well as some things...)

I think Carter was my favorite president, just revealing my age a little. But metrics and solar power just didn't take root early enough, but he really, really tried. As a nation I think we would have been better off if those were more in place than they are now.

I was a little slow on the tobacco thing,

LOL! Yeah, he's cute I guess...A bit boyish (as in 18-year-old kid). I was surprised when I learned he was older than I thought.

coco,

I loved it when Strombo would say, "Hello, Canada. I'm your boyfriend." at the start of every show. He doesn't say it anymore this season, and I'm wondering why?

Why, Georgie, why, wasn't I good to you? Waaaaaaaa!

I miss the way George used to do "The Hour". I miss him being my boyfriend and I miss the skits they used to do at the beginning of the show. He's still a cutie, even if he is a Habs fan.

I just love a good hockey game. . . was raised on it.

I don't have a specific team that I root for, just hoping Canada gets the Cup back at some point. Sigh.

Isn't it a consolation to know that, whoever gets it, the team is likely mostly Canadians anyhow? smiling smiley
