For the practical purposes of astrology, it usually indicates a slowing down or reversal of some sort. In terms of a Mercury retrograde, it is a time when it's not advisable to buy appliances, sign contracts...Anything which deals with Mercury (planet of communication) issues. This is one of the forces of astrology I have seen very powerfully in my own life. I just tried to defy it during the last retrograde and bought a radio from Amazon that had to be returned twice, as well as fixed a radio that had lots of delays associated with it. So to hold an election during a Merc Rx is like inviting chaos. Of course, this just so happens to fall during that time--Election Day is set in stone. Re: major false flag op. has gone hot
