What's the weather like today where you live?

Date: November 17, 2013 06:32PM We are under tornado watch here.  I looked out the window at noon and it looked like it was night. Pea-sized hail was reported nearby. There is a flash flood warning for the next two hours because the rain is coming down in buckets. On the bright side it's in the 60s, which is way above normal for this time of year. Yah, and it looks like we might be headed for another one next week. The weather has been so wonky this year. I told my husband I want to retire to a beach somewhere and grow jackfruit (that is my current obsession). I hear that you can grow jackfruit in Florida, and of course, a Caribbean Island would be nice as well. Re: What's the weather like today where you live?

Date: January 03, 2014 05:06PM It said -7 this morning on the radio at O'Hare Airport, but I don't live as far and west of it. Still, it is comparable to where I live. When I got to the cafe around 9:30 am, it was 0. But I had a nice walk. Very bundled up.  Re: What's the weather like today where you live?

I know everybody complains, but coming from a cold, snowy climate originally, I *love* the weather in Portland! I'll take "spitting rain" (or even pouring rain) to snow any day!
