What do you eat on an average day?

I made a post earlier asking how to transcend from a normal vegan diet into a rawfood diet, but I don't think it was specific enough.

So for all you rawfoodists out there that know the ropes, what do you eat throughout yer average day?

What do you eat on the go?

Say it's yer work week, what do you prepare yourself for lunch?

What do you eat when you are out all day with nothing on you but money?

I don't have a dehydrator and I generally only like to spend 20-30 a week on groceries.

If you've read this, I urge you to comment. Even if it's just what you ate for today. I'm incredibly interested in knowing what it's like to eat in the day of the life as a rawfoodist.

I usually have 2 12-cup salads based on raw leaves. I use EVOO and red wine vinegar as a dressing. I use walnuts in my vegetable salads.

On the go, fruit of course. Also maybe a handful of nuts. Or you can get a prepared salad. Don't use restaurant dressings--they are junk.

Sometimes I make green juice. Today: chard, mint, parsley, sweet potato, zucchini, pineapple.

I also sometimes have a bowl of mixed fruit with almonds.

I take supplements for B12 and D.

I spend about $70-$90/wk.

If you have only $20 to spend it will not get you very far. You will have to eat a lot of bananas and cabbage.
