Date: June 22, 2015 11:13PM You're not alone. My root, navel, and crown are under-active and everything else is open. Did you see the link on how to open the under-active chakras? I like doing the chakra meditations with the mudras and sounds. It's oddly relaxing. Re: Chakra test

These things may seem completely innocent, but dealing with the spiritual world and spiritual energies is no light matter. Many people bring harm to themselves by doing such things. Think about it - these sort of meditations are very prevalent in society now, yet how many people are acting like higher beings and abandoning selfishness and human attachments? With these practices being so widespread, shouldn't we be seeing an obvious change in people's moral character if these popular meditations are a genuine spiritual practice? Since they have not brought about such changes, it seems apparent that they are indeed not genuine spiritual practices. Then who is spreading them, and what is their purpose? It may be more sinister than people would like to believe. It is better not to do any spiritual practice whatsoever than to risk doing one that could bring one down the wrong path. When you find a genuine spiritual practice you WILL know it, but when people mess around and dabble with different popular meditations, chants, etc they are actually messing up their bodies. Date: June 23, 2015 01:25AM For me they are "innocent." That's because I have the strength and free-will to not let an internet meditation technique lower my moral character. Most adults are the same way.
