The Infestation Awakening is like the movie "The Matrix" but with a different theme. In the movie The Matrix, humans are portrait as good. In The Infestation Awakening, humans are the infesting pest. The smart ape has infested the planet, and with its population growing it has encountered problems that limits its growth. It wants to jump to other planets. It rewards ideas that fuel infestation specially scientific or ideas that hide or disguise the infestation itself. But what would happen if an ape took the red pill and became awake and looked around? What is the red pill?

I've seen new products aimed to prevent CO2 emissions, like the Tesla products. While it is true they can put a dent on that problem, it is not going to help at all. The real problem is not that we need new better products. Actually, that mentality hides/perpetuates the real problem and does nothing about it, while the problem grows. It is an industrial mentality based on growth, the same one that is sinking the boat. To wake up, we would need a major catastrophic event to reevaluate everything. And delaying that event with more engineering would make things worse.

We came a long way. Think about the industrial revolution.

There are a lot progress being made, countries are talking about and signing climate change agreements, electric cars are being produced, many are eating more organic produces.

I think technology was the main problem but it can also help create a more balanced environment.

What would it take for smart apes to be called an infestation?

Why do we always need more success as if we are always the underdog (9 billion)?

Is the smart ape self destructing itself and taking down everything but unaware?

I think there will be intelligent efforts made to compensate but the truth is the truth and that will win.

We have to become masters of our lives things cannot just fall from the skies.
We humans have thoughts, reasoning, ability to organize and make our lives better.

Not more than 100 years ago people were dying from smallpox, cholera and many others diseases and life expectancy was below 40. No electricity, no flight.

Is it ever enough? Look things from the outside and see that sort time successes become long time failures. The heroes are heroes of an infestation. They really don't know what they are doing because they are inside the cloud.

You are all totally missing the point. Science is good.. for the smart ape. Science is the tool for growth. The smart ape invented it from greed. Please stop looking for science as your answer. It is the opposite. The infestation has to be balanced with the opposite of science. No more products. No more crap. Stop the smart ape growth. Become smaller and less resource hungry and respect the other beings living on Earth. The total opposite of what is taught. Avoid being successful.

Most of the big challenges facing America and the world today – from climate change to disease to population growth – revolve around science and technology. If we – We, the People – are going to make smart decisions on what to do about these problems, we need to have at least a rough understanding of the basic science involved. Problem is, we don't.
