Trump is an Anti-Vaxxer
Posted by: Jennifer ()

That's another good thing about Trump --

The president has tweeted more than 20 times claiming there is a link between vaccines and autism

The Libs hate Anti-Vaxxers, especially the Libs in California.

Don’t forget that Trump is also an anti-vaxxer

"It's hard to keep track of the deluge of reasons why Republican nominee Donald Trump is massively, historically unqualified to our nation's commander in chief. But while you're running down the lengthy list of his horrifying previous actions and his chilling vows for the future, remember to save a little bit of shock for his scientific ignorance.
This is a man who, unlike even his running mate, doesn't believe in climate change, who thinks lightbulbs cause cancer. And this is a man who has aligned himself with one of the mostly willfully, dangerously stupid populations in our nation: the anti-vaxxers."

Urban Dictionary: Anti-Vaxxer
[www.urbandictionary.com]

A person who thinks they know more about medicine and public health than the overwhelming majority of doctors, scientists, immunologists, and every major health organization across the whole entire planet.

"consider this quote from Todd M. Elsner’s book What The Pharmaceutical Companies Don’t Want You To Know About Vaccines:

In the current [American] National Vaccine Schedule, in the first 6 years of life your child receives the following Vaccine Ingredients:

17,500 mcg 2-phenoxyethanol (Bug Repellant, some brands of Antifreeze)
5,700 mcg aluminum (a known neurotoxin)
Unknown amounts of fetal bovine serum (aborted cow blood)
801.6 mcg formaldehyde (carcinogen, embalming agent)
23,250 mcg gelatin (ground up animal carcasses)
500 mcg human albumin (human blood)
760 mcg of monosodium L-glutamate (causes obesity & diabetis)
Unknown amounts of MRC-5 cells (aborted human babies)
Over 10 mcg neomycin (antibiotic)
Over 0.075 mcg polymyxin B (antibiotic)
Over 560 mcg polysorbate 80 (carcinogen)
116 mcg potassium chloride (used in lethal injection to shut down the heart and stop breathing)
188 mcg potassium phosphate (liquid fertilizer agent)
260 mcg sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
70 mcg sodium borate (Borax, used for cockroach control)
54,100 mcg of sodium chloride (table salt)
Unknown amounts of sodium citrate (food additive)
Unknown amounts of sodium hydroxide (Danger! Corrosive)
2,800 mcg sodium phosphate (toxic to any organism)
Unknown amounts of sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate (toxic to any organism)
32,000 mcg sorbitol (Not to be injected)
0.6 mcg streptomycin (antibiotic)
Over 40,000 mcg sucrose (cane sugar)
35,000 mcg yeast protein (fungus)
5,000 mcg urea (metabolic waste from human urine)
Other chemical residuals

This list is not comprehensive either. For one thing, it doesn’t really get into unintentional contaminants or retroviral fragments. Do you suppose that individuals predisposed to deficiencies in flushing toxins from their bodies might not be impacted by all of this garbage being dumped in the bloodstream? And what of newborn babies in general – without a mature defense against these substances? How about newborn babies with inherited flaws or susceptibilities in their detox mechanisms? Are we thinking yet? Could these considerations be connected to the massive groundswell of support encountered by the VAXXED bus as it tours America gathering vaccination horror stories in disturbing abundance?"

This is Part 2 of the above article -

11 Golden Rules of Militant Vaccine Pushers – Part 2

[globalfreedommovement.org]

5. Attack the messenger not the message. Ad hominem arguments are favourable when the evidence doesn’t support you.

You’ll want to target personalities rather than the substance of their message. Social media skirmishes are a great way to divert pro-choice people’s time and energy away from more constructive pursuits, and drag them down to the level of petty ego battles, hopefully baiting them into saying something juicy that you can screenshot and share with your anti-choice network and the media later, perhaps as bogus “Tweets.” (Hint: Follow the Hennessy Protocol [see Part 1] only if you’re willing to look like a complete fraud when the public starts to uncover the ruse.)

Ad hominem is a fundamental weapon in the pro-vax fundamentalist’s arsenal. Insults, threats, defamation, bullying, etc. are part and parcel of the modus operandi for militant pro-vaxxers and establishment trolls – and they love to work in teams. It’s a technique that seems designed to intimidate people into not saying anything in the first place. As this strategy becomes more aggressive and yet continues to fail (see: Jill Hennessy and co.), the vaccine establishment is ramping things up on all fronts (see: Jill and friends again).

(Sorry about the big font - in Chrome it looked perfect, but I see that in Firefox it looks too big)

5(a). Shame as a technique for social(ist) engineering.

As a good little Big Pharma stooge, you’ll want to create a culture of not just guilt, but shame. As one blogger who doesn’t deserve to be mentioned writes:

…we need to support a culture that shames its members for not vaccinating their kids — and by extension, for endangering their communities. Vaccination is a social issue, and therefore shame should regulate it.

That should probably read “socialist issue,” but you get the idea. The same author also falls back on the misleading claim that Wakefield’s “discredited” Lancet paper is the “movement’s modern founding text,” as if everything was just peachy before 1998, and admits “that I’m here to convince you that the best way to deal with anti-vaxxers is to ridicule their position so much that it’s no longer acceptable to say in polite company that vaccines cause autism.” (Where does that leave CDC whistleblower William Thompson then? No more dinner parties?)

I’ve always found “polite company” tends to be superficial anyway, so @#$%& that and the petty would-be engineers of a society that is 100% coercively/compulsorily vaccinated in a wonderful Orwellian Fascist Medical State. If these conformist zombies have their way, your last remaining shred of freedom (over your own body – and your children’s) will be destroyed.

6. Hypocrisy is golden.

As you bully, threaten, insult, defame, and intimidate your way to ontological glory, always blame the victim and accuse them of EXACTLY the tactics you yourself use (see comments on ridicule above). Witness this sorry example by Australian Skeptics vice-president, Rachael Dunlop who complains, “I’m frequently abused,” and yet, evidently doesn’t mind dishing out a bit herself.

Ah, thanks, doctor. Lucky she’s not a GP with that attitude! Calling Dorey the “Bangalow baby killer” was also a nice touch (of petty, defamatory ad hominem hypocrisy).

Accusing pro-choice groups and anguished parents of fear mongering when they simply point out real risks and documented harm (or death) is fine, but even better if you can turn around and, in the next breath, scare the bejeezus out of people about “flu season” (see: Part 1 of this article) or some other low risk potential situation they’ll “need” to be vaccinated for.

Try not to notice what you’re doing. Psychological projection and censorship (of the self) are invaluable to this pursuit.

6(a). Trolls are good, mmkay? Moral exemptions are issued to all those aboard the pro-vax train. Anything goes!

To be the best vaccine troll you can be, you’ll want an anonymous Facebook profile from which you can spew your bile and disinformation without the burden of being identifiable and accountable, instead being a complete and utter coward, which is always preferable. Have several profiles and stalk those who challenge pro-vax dogma. Take screenshots of them and spread them around in a “name and shame” campaign of defamation and intimidation. Target nurses, doctors, and the laity, heaping scorn and ridicule on anyone who raises vaccine concerns. Justify this grotesque and psychologically violent activity as “necessary for the greater good.”

The flip side of this line of thinking is that the peaceful, informed non-vaccinators who prefer a natural approach to immunity and health are perversely perceived as “dangerous” and “irresponsible.” Isn’t it more logical that the statist fanatics who do no research but aggressively and blindly promote the vaccine agenda/religion in the name of “herd immunity” no matter the cost are actually the dangerous ones? How many eggs need breaking before we realise the omelette was just a bad idea in the first place?

Natural health advocates aren’t the ones pushing for ultra-draconian mandatory vaccination (by 2020 in Australia) and they don’t have the influence and funds to push it through, nor to systemically economically freeze out or even physically kill off their competitors by the dozen like Big Pharma does (and has been doing recently, in case you didn’t notice!). Who benefits from mandaory vaccination? Big Pharma rakes in billions and the population control eugenicists also get their way (to a degree). (On this last note, NEVER mention Kevin Mugur Galalae’s books to people, let alone read them yourself.)

Finally, ALWAYS paint anyone raising questions or safety concerns about vaccines as irrational, no matter how many studies, doctors, or damaged families (or injured family members) they point to. The evidence is unworthy of your cherubic and venerable eyes. “The science is settled.”

Pay no attention, you have a flock/herd to tend to, O’ pious one.

Note: natural health advocates don’t push for draconian collectivist legislation to FORCE vaccination on their countrymen because they do not suffer the profoundly neurotic – and completely unnecessary – blanket fear of disease entertained by the vaccinists.

Could they understand a few things about protecting one’s immune system and being healthy that the mandatory vaxxers do not?

Might they know a few things about the true effectiveness of vaccines that the disease-fearful do not?

7. Ignore Vaccine Court Payouts Resulting from Proven Vaccine Damage

It does your case no favours to acknowledge that over $3 BILLION (yes, billion) worth of compensatory payouts have been made in the US alone since 1986 to families who have had a loved one seriously injured or killed as a direct result of vaccination.

It also does the cause no good to talk about the immunity granted to all vaccine manufacturers in the US now, as vaccines are legally listed as “unavoidably unsafe.”

If their products are so safe, then why the $3 billion in damages paid out, and why would they need immunity from future law suits?

Are all those destroyed families hurting the profit margins?

ABOVE: KAREN KAIN AND HER VACCINE-DAMAGED DAUGHTER, LORRIN (NOW DECEASED). (TAKE A GOOD LOOK, OFFIT, HENNESSY, AND CO.) SHE DID NOT RECEIVE 100,000 OR 10,000 VACCINES, BUT ORDERS OF MAGNITUDE LESS.

Appendix C 1986 National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (Public Law 99-660)
42 USC 300aa-22.

(b) Unavoidable Adverse Side Effects; Warnings.—

(1) No vaccine manufacturer shall be liable in a civil action for damages arising from a vaccine-related injury or death associated with the administration of a vaccine after the effective date of this subtitle if the injury or death resulted from side effects that were unavoidable even though the vaccine was properly prepared and was accompanied by proper directions and warnings.

8. Appeal to authority

Additionally, always assume a priori ontological supremacy and epistemological dominance by appealing to authority figures or accepted holier than thou “the case is closed” doctrine (this latter aspect is a next level strategy wherein one terminates discussion before it happens by claiming there is nothing left to discuss).

Repeat what authorities say verbatim. You can’t argue with authority, after all – authorities exist in an epistemological safe zone, above such petty concerns as evidence and integrity. This is perhaps the central axis around which intelligent discussion and open acknowledgment of “dangerous” information is prevented from occurring.

When it comes to the vaccine “debate,” there are only two sides: the righteous believers and the blasphemous heretics. Choose wisely, lest you face eternal fiery damnation! (There’s a special circle of hell reserved for vaccine unbelievers.)

Authority figures are essential as guiding lights for any religious movement in maintaining its potency and direction.

“Tell us what we should say/think/do, O’ wise Leader!”
“The CDC says that MMR is safe and there is no autism link. You can’t argue with the CDC, they’re the experts in disease after all. Case closed. William Thompson? Never heard of him! CDC SPIDER? Huh?”

9. Fear monger. Scared people will buy your “solution” without thinking too hard about it.

Always play on the widespread and disproportionate fear of diseases. Dramatise and over-inflate the imminent threat of relatively harmless and even unlikely-to-catch diseases. Fear is the great emotional grease that keeps the wheels of the vaccine industry turning at full pace. A public that steps out of fear (and the limbic brain) and into personal responsibility (and the frontal lobe) might actually have the nous to investigate the ACTUAL causes of diseases targeted by vaccines; whether they (or their children) are ever even REMOTELY likely to develop or contract a disease; and – heaven forbid – healthy, safe, natural ways of protecting themselves which won’t line the coffers of Big Pharma (we can’t be healing ourselves with products that aren’t patented and regulated, now can we?!).

Don’t acknowledge, for example, that for a relatively healthy child, the flu or measles just isn’t that big of a deal, and acquiring it naturally would actually fortify their immune system in the long run. NEVER explain how one contracts tetanus or any other disease, or, the likelihood it will ever actually happen (sales will plummet!).

10. Hold double standards

Imply (or claim outright) that conflicts of interest can only occur within “anti-vax” or “alternative health” camps and never occur in scientific (or other) circles espousing the virtues of vaccination. Claim that there are – and I quote – “people getting rich from the anti-vaccine industry,” instead of acknowledging that it is a grassroots movement driven by broken families, bereaved parents, human rights advocates, etc.

Promoting the idea of an anti-vaccine “industry” is a great way to create the illusion of sinister, impersonal corporate machinery at the heart of the grassroots pro-choice movement (another blatant inversion of reality, if ever there was one).

This technique dehumanizes the movement, dissociates it from the human element (namely bereaved families), and implies that it is financially driven (despite the fact that no one in their right mind would attempt “getting rich” by challenging the sanctity of vaccines in such a zealous cult-like pro-vaccine culture).

Provide no evidence of anyone ACTUALLY getting rich from this “industry.”

ALWAYS avoid mentioning the MASSIVE financial burdens endured by parents with severely vaccine damaged children, and the fact that most of them will never receive a shred of compensation for the harm done to them.

Do not mention the parents who HAVE received significant payouts as a result of losing a child, either to permanent brain damage, autoimmunity, or death.

When people get a little bit streetwise it becomes axiomatic that the largest creator of conflicts of interest is any entity generating billions in revenue (like Big Pharma) and therefore has the kind of budget to fund F-grade sellout bloggers, and buy off (or threaten – or kill) not only individual scientists, but exert control over entire institutions, thus, ensuring that their studies’ conclusions are “acceptable” before the research has even begun.

Vaccine manufacturers funding universities/colleges/research institutes creates a huge systemic problem – no one wants to bite the hand that feeds them, after all. Best to tinker with the numbers than admit openly that one has found a causal link between a vaccine and SIDS, autism, GI injury and dysfunction, autoimmunity, encephalitis, acute flaccid myelitis, etc., etc. (However, please note that there are dozens upon dozens of studies linking vaccines to adverse outcomes/damage. Most doctors choose not to read this material.)

10(a). Insist on “scientific evidence” wherever convenient but ignore gold standard science that refutes a blanket pro-vax stance
Ignore the dearth of legitimate research studies favourably comparing the health of vaccinated populations with the unvaxxed. ESPECIALLY ignore the studies, surveys, or doctors’ clinical observations that unvaccinated kids are much healthier and have less disease and developmental problems.

Try to justify the continuation of vaccination programs which are not supported by double-blind RCTs and long-term health comparisons between vaxxed and un-vaxxed populations as being “too important” to discontinue while safety and efficacy is actually measured. This begs the question: how do we know a vaccine has any value at all if it hasn’t been rigorously tested? When confronted with this logical fallacy, all a good advocate needs to do is resort to the usual rhetoric about how we “got rid” of polio (see item 11 for that one) thanks to vaccines, and they’re just so vital and amazing on all counts that we can’t possibly afford the “risk” of halting a vaccination program to establish its efficacy or safety.

Notice the presence once more of this odd circular reasoning, which REAL scientific endeavour offers an exit point from.

On the flip side, you can deride ALL alternative health modalities as not being “evidence-based,” (even though many blatantly ARE) while simultaneously ignoring the factually threadbare foundation of your own pro-vax ideology.

10(b). Ignore the fact that the entire Western medical system is biased towards the selling and promotion of Big Pharma’s wares

Gloss over the fact that doctors (and nurses) are not only systemically pressured to conform in their medical roles, but many doctors are also bribed and thus compromised by these conflicts of interest. They are not impartial sources of information. GPs today have been reduced in most cases to little more than glorified drug pushers, well heeled salespeople for Big Pharma. They’re notorious as “symptom matchers,” i.e., you tell them your symptoms and they match them to some pills. Forget about understanding your condition and why you have it (and how to eliminate it) – we have this great band-aid solution for you!

10(c). Hold double standards regarding vaccine ingredients

Insist that ingesting known toxins such as aluminum, mercury, latex, formaldehyde, polysorbate, is to be avoided in general, that environmental exposure should be limited, that you shouldn’t, say, eat fish containing high levels of mercury, and so forth, but maintain that these things are harmless when injected directly into a child’s bloodstream, because, vaccines are “safe and effective.” Provide no evidence, but repeat the false claim that “the studies have been done disproving the autism link,” as if the only thing that MIGHT go wrong in the human body as a result of vaccination is autism. Apart from that (which has been “disproved”), everything is hunky dory. Nothing to see here, move along.

Disregard the fact that vaccine doses are not weight-adjusted so that an “appropriate” amount of each cocktail of neurotoxins, infertility agents, and carcinogens is given to a newborn baby, versus a 200 pound man.

11. Denial is a winning strategy for cognitive stasis

Someone claims the emperor has no clothes? Uh oh, better cover thine eyes (instead of actually looking)!

Psychology 101 states that we will avoid events, situations, information, and realisations that might cause us pain, embarrassment, or one of those stomach-turning “I just had my world turned upside down by disturbing information” metanoietic moments – so the obvious solution to the rising tide of people questioning or avoiding vaccines is to live in denial. A few more generations and we may just become adapted to living permanently with our heads in the sand (if we last that long).

Denial may not be brave or lead to greater knowledge, but it’s sure handy when you want to dig your heels in and be an obdurate git!

Denial: a great tool when saving face is more important than facing facts.

In the long run, however, with the highest rates of infant vaccination in the world and the worst rate of infant mortality in the developed world, PLUS the autism rate projected at 1 in 2 in America by 2030, the ostrich methodology is NOT viable. America would be destroyed by such an insurmountable socio-economic burden if the nation chose not to break faith, and it is already in a state of cultural and socioeconomic decay as it is. Other nations following blindly in those footsteps will ultimately suffer the same fate.

11(a). Dismiss or ignore whistleblowers who confess to vaccine fraud and harm using any facile excuse available.

I.e., dismiss a confession of criminal activity (fraud, conspiracy, and coverup) as “crackpot” and “conspiracy theory.” Better yet, ignore this material outright to create the illusion no such people or information exists, to maintain the overall/fundamental false narrative.

Don’t feel limited by imagination here. Any mental contortion is welcome as long as it distracts from the evidence and testimony of people risking life, limb, and careers to warn parents of now well established causal links between vaccines and injury or death (MMR and HPV/Gardasil are just two excellent examples).

The most famous case is perhaps the (ongoing) William Thompson (ex-CDC) situation. He has pleaded to be subpoenaed so he can give his testimony in a formal/official setting, but for some reason confessions of criminal activity, conspiracy, and coverup at the highest levels of government in medicine are not of interest when they pertain to vaccines. (Who’d have thunk it?!) Of course, you must also disregard or downplay the CDC SPIDER whistleblower group of at least a DOZEN scientists who recently expressed disgust at the comprehensive and endemic corruption at the CDC.

Vaccines and vaccine manufacturers always seem to have a “get out of jail free” card – both literally and figuratively (well, okay, vaccine makers don’t get sent to jail in the first place, even when the evidence demands it, which is the problem).

Pro-vaxxers don’t want you to read confessions like this one by an ex-vaccine developer who said this to Jon Rappoport during an interview: “If I had a child now, the last thing I would allow is vaccination. I would move out of the state if I had to. I would change the family name. I would disappear. With my family…f push came to shove, I would go on the move.”

Militant pro-vaxxers also don’t want you to hear what whistleblower Dr Judy Mikovits has to say of her shocking findings in the lab or why the American government destroyed her work and her life.

11(b). Dismiss ALL doctors who openly air concerns about vaccine safety (or “worse”) as quacks, crackpots, etc
The ONLY doctors who have concerns about vaccines are, by definition, quacks and crackpots. The fact that they have the same medical qualifications – and often substantially MORE than pro-vax doctors – is “irrelevant.”

How does one become a certified quack/crackpot? Practice bad medicine? Harm patients?

Nope.

Just question the holy sacrament of vaccination on ANY level, and – hey, presto! – you are now magically transmogrified into a filthy quack/heretic.

Got more medical credentials and knowledge of immunology and natural healing than the pro-vax doctors? Too bad, because you’re a quack, and quacks don’t get a say (that would be “false balance”). Meanwhile, doctors who DO cause harm through severe vaccine reactions or death are given a pat on the back for serving the “greater good.”

11(c). Never, EVER, spend any serious time trying to understand the multi-faceted power structure that manipulates humanity on every level of existence – that requires effort, after all.

All together now: “Oh, he’s another tinfoil hat-wearing conspiracy theorist!”

Connecting the dots on a global level is a bad idea if you want to maintain blanket pro-vax faith. Under no circumstances investigate the population control/reduction agenda. The fact that it’s literally carved in stone (see: Georgia Guidestones [below] and R.C. Christian) and openly advocated by billionaire self-appointed “stewards” of humanity is best avoided. Ignore Bill Gates’ TED Talk wherein he openly advocated the use of vaccination programs to control population (a strategy being heavily utilised in the developing world WITHOUT informed consent). Don’t learn about George Soros or the crucial role of the Rockefeller family in shaping the institution of mainstream medicine. (The list goes on.)

Disregard all serious investigators and whistleblowers who discuss these matters and dismiss them with the tried and true favourite “tinfoil hat-wearing conspiracy theorist.”

Do not ask who coined the term “conspiracy theory” in 1967.

Do not read the Executive Order issued by the White House on Nov. 4th, 2016, nor try to understand the implications. We can trust “them” after all. They really are just looking out for us.

Ye good vaccine believers, I extol thee to never, under any circumstances whatsoever, investigate whether there is actually a conspiracy against natural health practitioners and natural remedies in general, let alone try to understand where the psychology underlying it may originate from. Curiosity killed the cat, and much as comparative religion has a way of extinguishing the potential for naive fundamentalist-like faith in one of the world’s many “one true gods,” investigating the evidence against vaccines over a long period of time similarly tends to temper one’s faith in that much loved medical convention.

Don’t do it.

Your loving government has everything under control.

Their thoughts are your thoughts.

A Final Plea

Consider this quote from Todd M. Elsner’s book What The Pharmaceutical Companies Don’t Want You To Know About Vaccines:

In the current [American] National Vaccine Schedule, in the first 6 years of life your child receives the following Vaccine Ingredients:

17,500 mcg 2-phenoxyethanol (Bug Repellant, some brands of Antifreeze)
5,700 mcg aluminum (a known neurotoxin)
Unknown amounts of fetal bovine serum (aborted cow blood)
801.6 mcg formaldehyde (carcinogen, embalming agent)
23,250 mcg gelatin (ground up animal carcasses)
500 mcg human albumin (human blood)
760 mcg of monosodium L-glutamate (causes obesity & diabetis)
Unknown amounts of MRC-5 cells (aborted human babies)
Over 10 mcg neomycin (antibiotic)
Over 0.075 mcg polymyxin B (antibiotic)
Over 560 mcg polysorbate 80 (carcinogen)
116 mcg potassium chloride (used in lethal injection to shut down the heart and stop breathing)
188 mcg potassium phosphate (liquid fertilizer agent)
260 mcg sodium bicarbonate (baking soda)
70 mcg sodium borate (Borax, used for cockroach control)
54,100 mcg of sodium chloride (table salt)
Unknown amounts of sodium citrate (food additive)
Unknown amounts of sodium hydroxide (Danger! Corrosive)
2,800 mcg sodium phosphate (toxic to any organism)
Unknown amounts of sodium phosphate monobasic monohydrate (toxic to any organism)
32,000 mcg sorbitol (Not to be injected)
0.6 mcg streptomycin (antibiotic)
Over 40,000 mcg sucrose (cane sugar)
35,000 mcg yeast protein (fungus)
5,000 mcg urea (metabolic waste from human urine)
Other chemical residuals

This list is not comprehensive either. For one thing, it doesn’t really get into unintentional contaminants or retroviral fragments. Do you suppose that individuals predisposed to deficiencies in flushing toxins from their bodies might not be impacted by all of this garbage being dumped in the bloodstream? And what of newborn babies in general – without a mature defense against these substances? How about newborn babies with inherited flaws or susceptibilities in their detox mechanisms? Are we thinking yet? Could these considerations be connected to the massive groundswell of support encountered by the VAXXED bus as it tours America gathering vaccination horror stories in disturbing abundance?

It’s the 21st century now. You have the internet, so what is the excuse for being two centuries behind the times on the vaccine fraud (many doctors opposed Jenner’s fabrications from day one). Let’s acknowledge the last 200 years of evidence and the millions of anguished parents’ voices before we blindly fulfill the 1-in-2 autism prophecy through the vaccine religion and the eugenicists have their insane way.

Anti Vaxxer Humm, Can We spin Again Hey Drug makers make vaccines Duh!

Trump’s USMCA delivers big wins to drugmakers,

A handful of major industries scored big wins in President Trump’s North American trade agreement — at times at the expense of ordinary consumers in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

The winners include oil companies, technology firms and retailers, but chief among them are pharmaceutical companies, which gained guarantees against competition from cheaper generic drugs.

The gains underscore the benefits U.S. industry will be seeking, and the pressure it will exert, as the Trump administration continues rewriting trade deals with other countries and regions.

[USMCA: Who are the winners and losers of the ‘new NAFTA?]

Lobbyists for several industries said they hoped the U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, or USMCA, would serve as a yardstick for future U.S. trade deals, including any involving China.

The pharmaceutical industry won stronger protection for sales of so-called biologic drugs, which are typically derived from living organisms and are administered by injection or infusion. The medicines are among the most costly and innovative on the market and are a major driver of drug spending.

USMCA guards new biologic drugs from cheaper generic competition for “at least ten years,” compared with current protection of eight years in Canada and five years in Mexico.

“By increasing the term to 10 years, there will be less competition and higher prices,” said Valeria Moy, an economics professor and the director of Mexico Como Vamos, a think tank in Mexico City. “Having more protection in that area means higher prices for consumers.”

The agreement provides extra protection to drug companies in the much larger U.S. market, as well. Current U.S. law protects biologic drugs from generic competition for 12 years, but some Democrats, including in the Obama administration, have pushed to lower that to seven years as a way to speed cheaper generics to the market and lower drug spending.

Critics of the trade agreement argued that by setting a minimum of 10 years of protection, the trilateral pact shields the pharmaceutical industry from future legislative attempts in the United States to shorten biologic drug monopolies.

It “decreases U.S. sovereignty,” said Jeff Francer, general counsel for the Association for Accessible Medicines, a lobbying group for generic drugmakers. “It would be much harder for Congress to try to roll back 12 years to seven years if we’re enshrining 10 years in a free-trade agreement.”

[USMCA, Trump’s NAFTA replacement, is big. And that’s just in terms of syllables]

Celeste Drake, a trade policy specialist at the AFL-CIO labor federation, criticized the provision for restricting future action by U.S. lawmakers, and for impeding Mexico’s and Canada’s health-care systems. “This is not appropriate for a trade agreement. We think every country in the world should be able to decide as a democratic society what their rules are going to be with respect to medicine,” she said.

PhRMA, the pharmaceutical industry lobby, said in an emailed statement that a big aim of agreements like USMCA is “to raise global standards, including for intellectual property, among our trading partners, leveling the playing field for American innovators and manufacturers.”

It added: “Nothing in this agreement changes U.S. law as it relates to our industry. That’s not the intent of international trade deals nor anything we’ve sought in any U.S. trade agreement.”

In his Rose Garden speech outlining the deal this week, Trump said USMCA would “make North America a haven for medical innovation and development.”

“We want our drugs to be made here. When you talk prescription drugs, we don’t like getting them from foreign countries,” he said.

Trump has long said his goal in revamping the North American Free Trade Agreement was to return lost manufacturing jobs to American shores, discourage future outsourcing of factory work and “send cash and jobs pouring into the United States.”

The leaders of all three nations are preparing to sign the agreement before the end of November — possibly at the Group of 20 summit in Buenos Aires, according to Mexican officials. But Congress and the legislatures in Canada and Mexico must still approve the deal.

Technology and retail companies also won protections in the new deal that they hope Washington will vigorously pursue with China, where many U.S. industries have complained of unfair treatment.

Josh Kallmer, executive vice president for policy at the Information Technology Industry Council, said the USMCA provisions are important not so much because of business risks in Mexico or Canada, but because any trade agreement is “a powerful way to steer the conversation globally.”

“More skeptical governments,” including China, could eventually “warm up to” the same rules by seeing them encoded in deals such as USMCA, Kallmer said.

The agreement largely prohibits restrictions on the flow of business-related data across borders and prohibits countries from requiring companies to locate their data storage or computing infrastructure within the borders of that country.

[Analysts say Trump may be overly optimistic about new North American trade deal]

Beijing has at times restricted data transfer across China’s borders and required foreign companies to store data in China as a condition of doing business in the country — both measures that have hurt U.S. tech companies, Kallmer said.

Jonathan Gold of the National Retail Federation said the retail industry also lobbied for the data-transfer provisions. “Digital trade didn’t exist back when NAFTA was first negotiated,” he said. “Considering this is going to be a road map for other free-trade agreements it’s important to have the language in there.”

For the U.S. oil industry, which was worried that Mexico’s incoming president, Andrés Manuel López Obrador, will treat foreign investors unfavorably in the energy sector, the deal provided new assurances.

López Obrador has at times criticized the foreign investment that has poured into Mexico after the country began allowing foreign companies to invest in oil exploration and production in 2013.

He has not offered much clarity on whether he will strike new deals with foreign companies but has said he intends to respect the more than 100 contracts already signed with companies including ExxonMobil, Chevron and BP.

Thanks to lobbying by the energy industry, USMCA allows oil and a few other industries to continue using a special dispute-resolution process from the original NAFTA agreement in their dealings with the Mexican government.

That process allows companies to seek an international arbitration ruling outside Mexico’s court system if they have an investment dispute with the Mexican government.

Aaron Padilla, senior adviser for international policy at the American Petroleum Institute lobbying group, said companies pushed for the arbitration clause because they are investing big sums over many years in offshore oil projects and want to be sure they have some protection from changing politics.

“The new president in Mexico has expressed some skepticism about energy reforms he has inherited from his predecessor,” he said. “Our member companies are looking to work constructively with him, but they are looking at the long term and understand politics can change in any country.”

Mexican investors in certain sectors in the United States will also be allowed to use this international arbitration process. Canada opted out of the provision. The old NAFTA deal allowed investors in all three countries to seek international arbitration during d

Yes, that's terrible. It's about keeping generic drugs off the market longer; I can't find the article I read explaining it.

So that's typical Trump - he says in campaigning he's going to get rid of NAFTA. But instead he comes up with a different NAFTA.

Like the Tax Reform - it's good he lowered taxes on corporations, but he just did a shell game on personal taxes, just switching things around.

And what really got me was the Ethanol - even on the campaign trail, he went and promised Iowans he was going to help them out with Ethanol and he did - now 15% Ethanol is available year-round. Not for every vehicle or everybody, yes that's true, but still he gave Big Corn/Ethanol producers a big gift and Ethanol is crap. So that I also hate.

Many things he does I don't like, I told you that before. He's a RINO/Lib big spender. Which reminds me of another thing he did just recently. Signed a huge Budget Bill, so the US is spending even more money. Conservatives are supposed to be the Fiscal Conservatives, but Trump the Lib/RINO is a Big Spender. Ick.

I didn't vote for him. He's not presidential. I don't like a president tweeting. He's done a few things, like cutting some regulations and maybe helping with Sex Trafficking, other stuff I can't think of now, looking into 'The Deep State'.

I don't see anything he's done on Illegal Immigration, which was his big draw, so that had better happen. Maybe he's waiting for the mid-terms so he can get out of that, too.

And yeah - on the anti-vaxxer thing - he probably talked out of both sides of his mouth. To the anti-vaxxers he says vaccines are bad; then to the vaccine people, vaccines are good.

On the subject of Ethanol Ive seen the damage from ethanol fuels. Ethanol Based Fuel Is Destroying Automobiles
[rense.com]
With that statement they've gone from shilling the public to outright falsehoods, because ethanol-laced gasoline is already destroying engines across the country

Is There a Vaccine Cancer Connection?
By Landee Martin

“This vaccine has not been evaluated for its carcinogenic or
mutagenic potentials or impairment of fertility.”
This phrase or one similar can be found on just about every vaccine package insert and should be justification for any reasonable person to decline vaccination. However, doctors are not required to give full informed consent regarding vaccines and most people blindly trust their doctors.
Considering the recommended vaccine schedule has tripled in the United States over the last thirty years, parents have begun to question whether this is necessary or valuable to their children.
In 1983, children received up to 23 doses of eight vaccines before the age of eighteen. Today children receive as many as 69 doses of 16 different vaccines, all given by the age of eighteen.
Coinciding with the ever-increasing vaccine schedule are soaring rates of chronic illness in children, including cancer, which has skyrocketed and is now the leading cause of death by disease in children past infancy.
Government authorities refuse to acknowledge any link between cancer and vaccination, but could injecting toxic chemicals repeatedly into our children, especially at critical intervals in their development be causing cancer in so many?
Toxic Vaccine Ingredients You Need to Know About
Formaldehyde – There is sufficient evidence from cancer studies in humans proving the carcinogenetic effects of this ingredient. Both the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and the International Agency for Research on Cancer admit formaldehyde is a known carcinogen.
Millions of children receive injections annually containing this toxic ingredient.
Is it a coincidence that formaldehyde has been associated with leukemia and that the number one cancer in children is leukemia?
Mercury Is In Vaccines Too – Mercury is a known carcinogen and for many years children received up to 237 micrograms (mcg) from vaccines during the first two years of life. This far exceeds the EPA’s recommended safe (to ingest, not inject), level of 1/10th of 1 microgram per kilogram a day.
A rabbit will die if given 35 mcg of mercury.
Thimerosal, which is in many vaccines, is a mercury-containing compound that is 50 times more toxic than plain mercury! The CDC claims to have removed “most” thimerosal from common pediatric vaccines, leaving only “trace amounts.”
There are NO safe amounts of mercury established for humans and yet, children receive combined vaccines that can build up mercury in the body and cause potential problems.
Aluminum, Yep, It’s In There Too – The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved aluminum for use as an adjuvant in human vaccines to boost immune response. Aluminum is harmful to all life forms.
The FDA limits the dosage to 0.85 milligrams per vaccine to minimize exposure; but children receive other vaccines at the same time that also contain aluminum.
The American Academy of Pediatrics admits that aluminum interferes with many cellular and metabolic processes in the body’s nervous system and tissues.
Repeated exposure to aluminum can have damaging effects and yet children receive repeated injections during the recommended vaccine schedule. Studies with mice have demonstrated a transient rise in aluminum levels in brain tissue. Aluminum is also widely associated with breast cancer.
What is Polysorbate 80? – Polysorbate 80 is a toxic substance that should never be ingested or placed on the skin, much less injected, and yet it is in vaccines. Studies with lab rats show Polysorbate 80 has both carcinogenic and infertility effects.

Yet, it’s ironic that this carcinogenic ingredient is found both in Merck’s cancer vaccine, Gardasil, and is also used in chemotherapy given to cancer patients.
Recombinant DNA – A Biohazard? – Speaking of Gardasil, genetically modified HPV DNA, which had firmly attached itself to aluminum, was found in blood samples of a 13 year old girl who became chronically ill following her third dose of the vaccine. Could Recombinant HPV DNA cause human cell mutations and cancer?
While searching for the reason why adolescent girls were suffering such severe side effects after receiving the Gardasil vaccine, Dr. Sin Hang Lee, of Sane Vax, Inc., found that the vaccine was contaminated with rDNA of the Human Papillomavirus. This rDNA from both strains of HPV in the vaccine were firmly attached to the aluminum adjuvant. This now reaches the level of a “dangerous biohazard.” This rDNA is not natural and is genetically modified. Now the girls who received the contaminated vaccine, have human DNA as well as genetically engineered viral DNA in their bodies. When recombinant DNA is inserted into a human cell, it could stay forever and cause mutations; the results could be catastrophic.
SV40 (Simian Virus) Responsible for Cancer Cases – In the 1950s, Rhesus Monkey kidney cells containing SV40 were used to grow the polio virus. Dr. Maurice Hilleman, MD, a renowned scientist who developed Merck’s vaccine program and dozens of vaccines, made astounding revelations to the public that Merck had been injecting this dangerous virus into people worldwide.
Even after the US government knew about contamination, they allegedly continued to inject children with the contaminated vaccine until the 1990s.
SV40 is known to cause different types of cancers in laboratory animals including mesotheliomas, lymphomas and brain cancers.
A study in The New England Journal of Medicine, found that mothers who received the Salk polio vaccine had brain tumors at a rate “13 times greater” than mothers who received no vaccine!

How You Can Build Immunity And Possibly Reverse Vaccine Damage
Anyone who has been injected with vaccines, (which is most people) may have vaccine damage.

According to the vaccine package inserts, a list of side effects include seizures, asthma, diabetes, eczema, allergies, auto-immune disease, autism, and more. There are many studies linking vaccines to arthritis, chronic cognitive dysfunction, behavioral changes, learning disabilities, motor function impairment, autism, and cancer to name a few.

Many people claim to have reversed vaccine damage by using natural therapies like chelation, bentonite clay, homeopathy and fasting.

It is much better to support the body through nutrition and natural supplements than to inject harmful pathogens and toxins into it.
Eating a diet rich in organic fresh fruits and vegetables along with adequate rest, clean water, sunshine, exercise and minerals will go a long way in keeping the immune system strong and the body running well.

At the end of the day, a strong, healthy, pure, untouched immune system will fight most illnesses, including cancer.

Toxic chemicals have no place inside the human body and the sooner the medical establishment recognizes this, the faster we will see a health progression instead of a continual regression. We must stop adding fuel to the fire with more and more vaccines.

Unfortunately, allopathic medicine and many governing authorities have endorsed what seems to be an ever increasing, toxic vaccine schedule which has been a calamity to the immune system and has undermined the health of at least two generations, all for the sake of profit.

Thanks, Tai! Glad we agree on this.

It's a shame what 'they' (Big Pharma and the Government) and ignorant parents are doing to their children. I saw a video lately - 10 Early Signs of Autism by Autism Family (cause both their kids have autism) It breaks your heart.

And then all the kids now on 'The Spectrum'. Aspergers. That vaccine damage is now presented like it's a normal regular thing; that young adults are walking around 'Aspies' or whatever they're called. I don't know the lingo.

Here's a comment by an adult Asperger person -

"I am twenty-eight years old. I have Aspergers. I still flap my hands but do so in a fist so people don't notice it, I also still walk on my tip toes. I loathe mushy foods and dislike cooked vegetables like carrots and onions as they are sweet, and that's disgusting no matter how it's done. <.< Plus, they turn mushy. I can't wear hats as they touch my ears and make me nervous. I have clothes I wear outside, and clothes I wear once inside. This keeps people from touching my skin on accident and because the sun hurts. It also makes sure that when I get home, nothing of other peoples smell gets on my furniture or my cat's fur.

It was horrible growing up, as I went undiagnosed and my mom thought I was spoiled. School was nothing but stress and I had horrid grades and zero friends. When I was fifteen we moved to Sweden, and they saw it right away. Sadly it was too late to correct some habits and the sensitivities I had to textures, as I was too old. It took three years for my mom to believe the doctors, the whole time she was just angry. Now she supports me a hundred percent! I am super happy to see video's like this as so many people think there is only one version of Autism, or that there is only text book signs."?

**********

And I think it's 'both sides of the aisle' who do or don't believe in vaccinations. Although I think it's the Lib Women in California - the most militant vaccine-believing state - who lead the charge against 'Anti-Vaxxers.' The Lib Women in California hate Anti-Vaxxers with a passion.

Im not one for a lot of these major conspiracys, I do believe the world is mostly rudderless, Though I thought it very weird that Rumsfield was Secretary of Defense at time of first Scare of flying pig flu. Then again many years later on second major scare to sell vaccines related to swine flu.Rumsfields 1976 swine flu vccine program was halted and deemed the worst vaccine disaster causeing many deaths and epson Bar sysndrome that paralized many. I think the evidence about Rummy and flying pigs vaccine shows. us that many of these vaccine programs are pure horse @#$%&
Also to me very weird how many high ranking Govt people are the major stock holders in the biggest drug Carteels

I think Rummy is busted on this program, Rummy does own the rights to Tamiflu also.

19 68 I was in Walson Army hospital for flu like condition. Walson has always been a source of guenie pigs for drug companys as Rumsfield has shown us.
