Yeah, the Lib Fake News Story about Republicans being outraged about Cortex dancing!

Huh! According to The Libs/Lib Media:

ONE Tweet by ONE Twitter User = The Republican Party

One guy tweets something negative about Cortez dancing and the Lib Fake Media spin it into the whole Republican party is going crazy about it. Not True. Fake Narrative by the Lib Media.

All the Lib media carried the story that The Republicans were outraged with Cortez dancing! Lies, Lies, Spin, Twist of The Libs!

Here's what really happened, instead of what the Lying Libs manufactured -

Fake News: Media Manufactures Controversy over Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez Dancing Video

When a video clip of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) as a college student dancing on a rooftop went viral on Thursday, journalists and leftists immediately accused conservatives of being “outraged” and leapt to her defense.

Yet there appeared to be little actual outrage coming from any conservatives over the video, as some noted on social media.

Erick Erickson
@EWErickson
I haven't encountered any conservative outraged over that high school video of Ocasio-Cortez, but the media keeps telling me conservatives are outraged by it.

Nonetheless, Newsweek ran a story titled, “CONSERVATIVES MOCK ALEXANDRIA OCASIO-CORTEZ FOR COLLEGE DANCING VIDEO, EVERYONE ELSE THINKS IT’S ADORABLE.”

The Newsweek Story said:

"One Twitter user, whose handle referenced the QAnon conspiracy theory popular among supporters of President Donald Trump, tweeted the video with the accompanying insult: “Here is “America’s favorite commie know-it-all acting like the clueless nitwit she is...High School video of “Sandy” Ocasio-Cortez.”

It's fair to say that most people, though, did not share that reaction to a young Ocasio-Cortez exuberant dance."

The story did not list any examples of conservatives attacking her and only journalists defending her, prompting calls for Newsweek to correct its story.

[twitter.com]

Newsweek Headline says “Conservatives”

Newsweek Article says “one Twitter user”

The video with Ocasio-Cortez dancing was actually first published on YouTube on September 30, 2010, and featured Boston University students dancing in an apparent homage to scenes in the movie Breakfast Club. The credits list her as “Sandy Ocasio-Cortez.”

The clip of Ocasio-Cortez went viral after an anonymous Twitter account with the handle “@AnonymousQ1776” tweeted a mash-up of her dancing, along with the comment, “Here is “America’s favorite commie know-it-all acting like the clueless nitwit she is…High School video of “Sandy” Ocasio-Cortez.”

The account was deactivated shortly after, and it is not clear who compiled the mash-up.

Rep. Ocasio-Cortez — who is now widely known by her full name, or “AOC” — herself jumped on the faux controversy, telling the Hill that it was unsurprising that “Republicans would think having fun should be disqualifying or illegal.” She did not reference which Republicans she was talking about.

Judicial Watch’s Jerry Dunleavy mocked the whole faux controversy over her dancing — and proved that Republicans also let loose — by dredging up the clip of former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie:

Most of the Lib Media Fake Narrative Stories said The Republicans or The Conservatives were "OUTRAGED" by the video!! What Crap!

And of course Cortez jumped on the story and LIED AND SAID THE CONSERVATIVES FIND IT SCANDALOUS THAT SHE DANCED - How stupid!

Sorry, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, but Conservatives Don’t Care About Your Dance Moves

The tale of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez’s dance moves is as stupid as stupid gets.

Contra the most recent fake news narrative, conservatives could hardly care about a video going viral of a younger Ocasio-Cortez happily dancing and having fun.

The saga began when an anonymous, unverified Twitter user by the name of “AnonymousQ1776” posted a clip of the New York Democrat dancing online. The user claimed the video of Ocasio-Cortez romping around on a rooftop was from high school. (It’s actually from 2010, when she was a student at Boston College.)

That tweet—and the user’s account—were quickly deactivated or deleted. Why? Probably because the user realized his or her attempt at trolling the freshman congresswoman was dumb.

But that didn’t stop the media and Ocasio-Cortez herself from capitalizing on the moment to pretend it was some sort of coordinated attempt by Republicans to demean her.

“Attempt to smear Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez with college dancing video backfires,” wrote CNN.

“’I love this’: bid to discredit Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez with college dance video backfires,” wrote The Guardian.

“It is unsurprising to me that Republicans would think having fun should be disqualifying or illegal,” said Ocasio-Cortez.

Later, she tweeted a new video of her dancing into her congressional office. “I hear the GOP thinks women dancing are scandalous,” she wrote. “Wait till they find out Congresswomen dance too!”

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez
?
@AOC
I hear the GOP thinks women dancing are scandalous.

Wait till they find out Congresswomen dance too! ????????

Have a great weekend everyone smiling smiley

Of course, the media picked up on that, too, furthering the narrative that conservatives actually care about Ocasio-Cortez’s college mashup.

All this hype, based on a single, anonymous tweet from a user who, for all we know, could have been an Ocasio-Cortez staffer or a liberal supporter.

In the world of real news, conservatives—including myself—didn’t see anything “scandalous” about Ocasio-Cortez’s dance moves at all.

Rather, what we find “scandalous” are the radical, socialist policies the freshman congresswoman supports.

These ideas include Medicare for All, tuition-free college, gun control, and the Green New Deal. The latter, a truly radical attempt to fight climate change by eliminating nearly all fossil fuels from the electric grid within 12 years, would create “widespread economic chaos.”

In December, Ocasio-Cortez called the New Green Deal “the civil rights movement of our generation.” In order to pay it, she floated a federal income tax rate as high as 70 percent in a forthcoming “60 Minutes” interview scheduled to air this weekend. According to Americans for Tax Reform, that means combined with city and state taxes, New Yorkers could pay a tax rate as high as 82.7 percent.

“What is the problem with trying to push our technological capacities to the furthest extent possible?” Ocasio-Cortez asked in the “60 Minutes” interview. “There’s an element where yeah, people are going to have to start paying their fair share in taxes.”

We already know that taxing the rich doesn’t increase revenue in any meaningful way. And coming off another strong jobs report, it’s clear the economy needs the opposite.

So no, it’s not Ocasio-Cortez’s dance moves that conservatives are concerned about—it’s the scandalous, socialist policies that she supports.

***********

So Cortez - the perpetual victim - says:

I hear the GOP thinks women dancing are scandalous.

And the Libs and Lib Media run with it and create a FALSE NARRATIVE from ONE TWEET by ONE PERSON - that The Republicans are outraged and scandalous and whatever!

From Tucker Carlson's website -

THE MEDIA, WITHOUT EVIDENCE, CLAIMS CONSERVATIVES FURIOUS OVER OCASIO-CORTEZ DANCING VIDEO

[dailycaller.com]

* Virtually every media outlet claimed conservatives were “outraged” by a video of Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez dancing as a college student.

* The source of these articles was a single anonymous Twitter account, with a handful of other trolls joining in.

* The incident was just the latest example of the media manufacturing right-wing outrage.

Obviously the media is under the impression that there aren’t enough things to mock Republicans for at the beginning of 2019, or it wouldn’t have completely contrived a controversy Friday about how there was wide right-wing outrage over an insipid video of Democratic Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez dancing during her days as an undergraduate at Boston University.

Yes, it is true that some anonymous troll accounts snickered at the congresswoman’s twirling on top of what appeared to be a building somewhere in Boston.

Most of these attempts, it should be noted, have been whole heartedly dismissed by mainstream conservative commentators as ineffective and asinine.

Yet that didn’t stop major news outlets from spreading the narrative that conservatives are somehow captivated with the silly video of a young Ocasio-Cortez dancing. Vox’s Matthew Yglesias wrote an “explainer” about the right’s “obsession” with her days as a teenager, citing a total of four tweets — one of which was from a Twitter account that no longer even exists.

GQ, once a magazine that printed arguments about why every man should own $200 socks, declared that right-wing media “failed” to “take down” Ocasio-Cortez and even cited The Daily Caller. Problem is, The Daily Caller never once mocked her for dancing (it remains unclear how the video even opens her up to criticism) but instead poked fun at her socialist policy proposals in a tweet.

Even the United States’ supposed paper of record, The New York Times, covered the incident (if you can even call it that). The paper alleged that the release of the video, which had been circulating on social media for months, was supposed to be a “smear” by the right.

Once again, The Times could only find a single anonymous twitter account mocking the video. The rest of the article was dedicated to leftists cheering her on.

The news of the faux outrage even crossed the Atlantic, with BBC News covering how Ocasio-Cortez “mocks college dance critics.” That article, once again, failed to quote a single person upset about the video beyond the same anonymous Twitter account.

This latest drama, which apparently rose to the level of an international incident, just served as another reminder of how desperate the media wishes to portray the GOP and its voters as something very different from what they truly are. Surely these outlets, and the reporters they work for, know that Ocasio-Cortez’s policy proposals (and her general ignorance of policy) are fair game for scrutiny — not just from the right but from average Americans.

But the easiest way to avoid these important and material debates is to pretend that no one is willing to have them and instead tell the public that the right’s biggest problem with a young socialist in Congress who wants to hike income taxes to 70 percent is that she’s not a very good dancer.

Cortez said that? How stupid eye rolling smiley

Their (The Libs) 'vast conspiracy to take care of children'! LMAO

The Libs 'taking care of children' is -

Killing the baby in the womb

Slapping the baby in daycare as soon as possible

Sticking them in Government Public Schools to become clones and indoctrinated illiterate airheads

Teaching them about and how to perform oral and anal sex, gay and trans mommies and daddies, and drag queens as soon as possible - kindergarten.

Pushing them into having sex with themselves and anybody and everybody as soon as possible. "If it feels good, do it."

Pushing them into becoming a transexual as soon as possible/pushing them to get their genital organs/breasts surgically removed/pumping them full of dangerous hormones and chemicals. All because Lib Women think Trans is so cool; Trans has replaced Gay as far as the cool factor with Lib Women. You're not cool if you don't have a Trans friend.

Posting the babies photos as soon as they're born and all through their childhood on Facebook and letting it all hang out on Facebook.

Teaching the children to become Celebrity Worshipers/Cult of Personality so the children all are wannabe 'famous', posting selfies all over the internet.

Teaching the children that Men, White people, Christians and Southerners are sh*ts - 'toxic masculinity' and all those other Lib Women Concepts the Lib Women teach their girls.

Emasculating the boy children and teaching the girl children how to be bullies/bitches, phony and emasculate males.

**********

You call that Libs 'saving the children'. I call it Lib Women Ruining the Children.
