Puerto Rico is notorious for Fraud and Corruption and bilking the US Taxpayers for all kinds of Welfare and Relief and who knows what else.

Also, btw, if the Democrats win the Election, through Voter Fraud of Course - one of the first plan they will implement is to give Puerto Rico and Washington, DC 'Statehood' so the Democrats will get more Representatives, Senators and Electoral College Votes, so that the Democrats will be Assured to Stay in Power Forever. We'll be a one-party Country like California is a one-party State. Yeah eye popping smiley
