I really need for her to be OK I need everything to go well. It kills me to see her suffer. My energy's so low right now I keep trying meditate and draw on whatever energy I can find and send all I do have to her I really need her to be ok I can use any extra help I can get for sure though. Find some more resources to help you get thru your stress. You might try looking up the local buddhist sect..like the Nichern Soshu who do the chanting..Nom Yo Ho Renge Kyo..say that is a deep resonate voice as often as you can, and it will help. I'm sorry I can't say anymore its all I really can say though. As far as chanting and stuff I know alot of people find comfort in these things I just don't see how that can really help right now. I'm not eating junkfood or anything like that right now I'm really doing all I can to keep it together cause I really need to be there for someone right now and thats more important than anything in the world.
