New Hybrid Not So Good?

I'm a Hybrid owner and just happened to come accross a video review about the new Saturn Aura. I know my car gets almost 40 mpg on the interstate, but this video says the Saturn only gets like 23! Is that right? Can you call a car a Hybrid and only get that kind of fuel economy? If you're interested in seeing the video, the site I saw the video on is below. Enjoy!
