watermelon and who deserved that DEEEELCTABBBLE watermelon feast than fuzzysox gosh i am STILL laughing as i think about it i think i could laugh all year long actually, i did something similar to what you did ( and yes.. it was an accident and involved a WATERMELOn ) but it didn't involve riding my bike no, it happened split second and the watermelon fell on the sidewallk and it got ants and sand all over it and well.... i forget what happened afterwards except me and my friend kept laughing about it years afterwards that is why your story kind of resonated with me it IS hilarious wooohooooOOOO fuzzysox ... you are 2 cool! I'm totally IN LOVE with fall this year! Some years, not so much. This year, for some reason, the gorgeous fall weather is making my heart sing. I feel wildly and mysteriously alive. It not only is awakening all my physical senses, but it's filling me with this enormous passion to take all my creative urges (music, art, design) and do something outrageously bold, fulfilling and successful with all of it. My bit of good news is that with the help of my family our garden is realy starting to come alive. Its the start of spring here and its looking great. Our fruit trees which we planted about 3 or 4 years ago are just loaded with blossom. We have 1 fig, 2 pear, 2 nectarine, 1 peach, 2 persimon, 2 apple, 1 apricot, 1 gauva and 8 feigoa yahooo ! They are mainly planted permaculture styles too. Just gotta get more veges in the ground now. Re: i want some happy news

Date: September 19, 2007 11:52PM I just had fresh coconut water from a young coconut for the first time yesterday - it was great! A lot more came out than I was expecting, but there was a lot less of the jelly like edible interior than I had imagined. Think I'll try that again soon!
Only took me about 10 minutes to crack it open Cheers, J Re: i want some happy news

Date: September 24, 2007 05:48AM I had a peaceful day gardening and almost no encounters with laundry odours, so I got to enjoy hours and hours of my favourite thing: fresh air. I had some nice company for a while and the weather was perfect.
Also I realized how I've changed toward slugs, spiders, worms, beetles, etc.......though I haven't killed them for many years, I wasn't especially sympathetic to them either - I use to find them disgusting. But now them seem like perfect-in-their-way little beings with perfectly acceptable lives and faces (as long as I don't have to view them magnified). Re: i want some happy news

Date: October 04, 2007 12:38AM Last night I dreamed about painting silk. (In recent years I've had trouble motivating myself in my tiny apartment to set up a big silk frame and work on silk, even though I used to sell my stuff in a gallery.) Well, in this dream it was so REAL and VIVID. I was putting the clear resist on the white silk, and then I was painting the whole background a pale pink. It was almost like a lucid dream. I've been working with some very powerful techniques lately from the 'Getting Unstuck LLC' website, and I feel like all kinds of good energies are being called forth and I'm moving forward in my life. Date: October 19, 2007 01:50AM Is it from the Dan Millman book, lightform?
Are you feeling especially good because you're getting into spring weather? I spent one NZ summer in northland and of course, loved it - Russell, Keri, Whangerei, Kaitaia, 90 mile beach, Auckland, Waitangi Day, heepi farm, etc. However it's cold, wet and darkish here in Vancouver and all I can do is nurse my fond memories of subtropical winter months. Well I guess HAVING good memories is good news Re: i want some happy news

read it dug it the movie... well, my favorite line was when the dude asked the gymanst What time is it? Answer: NOW Who are you? answer; this moment i think that's what was said or something like that that was my favorite part of the movie the last two lines Re: i want some happy news

Date: October 21, 2007 12:50AM Sounds like a nice summer aqua next time you come to N.Z you should go and visit our Sth Isl though, that is where alot of N.Z's magic is as far as scenery and outdoors go. Its a real LOTR's experience.
Somehow I still haven't read the book peacefull warrior but I will. My bro raved to me about it years ago when he read it and I had always planed to but haven't managed yet. I had many favorite parts in that movie, but one that sticks out in my mind was after the old guy disappears and Dans friends ask him if he found out how he got up on the roof and he replies " nah... but it doesn't matter " Like he's finaly realised that the achievements aren't whats important. I just ate a fully ripe cherimoya and it was AWWWWWESOME. Sweat as dates, thick as whipped bananas and as subtle as watermelon... YUMMM !! Anyone else find that when you come across a fruit that is properly grown and fully ripe it just blows you away and your thinking wow.. this must be the greatest fruit in the world. Then when something else is in season its the same again for that ? Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
