What is his scource of coco, raw, natural?

I can see by his talk he's now into ancient sun worship. He's realy changed over the years, degraded himself.

that smoothy freaked me Right out! how could that not taste like kak for one thing and hello, how far from mono eating can you get? ugh, my stomach hurts just thinking about it. one superfood at a time seems a little more reasonable to me.

Jgunn, I love this new quote you added:

"What we believe is very important. I can be eating the healthiest diet in the world, but if I still worry that I’m eating poorly, it won’t do me as much good. Or I can be eating what I believe is the best diet, and even if it isn’t, it will do me good, and it will lead me to a better way of life. The thing is to do what we really believe in. The other thing is to not focus only on diet. The focus is on good health, or on being a balanced person. Then everything falls in place."

Nah, I'm not into stimulant foods which is what that seems to be.
