that smoothy freaked me Right out! how could that not taste like kak for one thing and hello, how far from mono eating can you get? ugh, my stomach hurts just thinking about it. one superfood at a time seems a little more reasonable to me. it was kinda like an "as seen on tv" commercial. heh.
