Say this in as many ways as you want/can, with as many varying beats, rhythms, intonations, ocataves, etc......until all full. It's kinda like a nice lite "or-derv" with wine....or a shot of powergel at mile 23 of an ironman. Can I get a "heall yayh"?! And here's the snack.... The heart thrums with the rattle of the tongue.
