Those are great. I love the owl you had to part with and the wallet. I would order those bugs and the tin for Christmas gifts this Christmas. I could just give you my list and you could start making all my gifts. I can't think of anyone I would rather buy from.

and the beans and nuts
half eaten gingerbread

the owl wallet (that is a cool wallet)

and i thought i saw a penguin

the afghan was really cool ( how long did it take you to make THAT? looks like a ginormous project... very elegant too)

i like the warm head covers too ( i am wearing 2 right now because it is cold)

geez. your kids are so lucky

their mama can make them their toys, their gifts, their clothes...ANYTHING!!!!

but my favorite was the half eaten raw gingerbread cookies LOL smiling smiley

AWWWW!!

hope your finger gets all bettah smiling smiley

oh , here is a funny strange question, i thought i'd ask

i saw that you made a cute pincushion

have you ever sewn a thimble though? ( i'm wondering how DO they get made?)

i'm thinking it has to be a fairly hard material so the pin can't get through

its so small though... how does one sow a thimble?

and also another funny thing...

do people sew thimbles while they have thimbles on?

Wow coco. I love the owl wallet. I collect owls - what would you sell that for??? What kind of material is it made from?

OOH. I also like the wall hanging and the stuffed owl. Dude these are cool!!

Ver, you're funny dude! a thimble is made of metal or hard plastic, you don't sew it you sew with it! hee.

angie, sadly i don't sell my work, i can't make what it's worth so i only do it for pleasure right now. i ordered that fabric from japan and i made the wallet for a swap on craftster.org. which is where i found the tutorial for it.
in return i received (among other things) an amazing merino wool (not vegan, i know) hat in brown with lovely owls knit into the design all the way round the crown. it's so gorgeous, i wear it every day! i just got a hair cut today too (SHORT!) so i'm super glad i have it to keep my head warm.

this morning i finished a creepy/cute zombie bunny out of an old fleece pullover. it's my part of a swap for the fabric print i used in the owl hanging. it's so bizarrely horribly fantastic, i can't wait to send it off and see what my partner thinks! i have a whole slew of crafts on the go right now so i'll be posting lots more pictures over the next couple of weeks.
