Date: March 19, 2008 03:40PM i've been making a lot of little needle books and tape measure covers lately. they make cute gifts and i can do them easily while i am otherwise immobilized by this crawling baby. while she learns to get around, i learn to sit still with her and do not much of anything! you should see the house, gah, what a mess.

i am thinking a fruit and veggie series next but i better start a mass give away or try selling them before i am overrun with needle books. i mean, i can only really use one or two of them myself! Re: wanna see some more crafts?

This is what I would do if I were you -- I'd sell all my stuff at fairs. You could probably take your children with you, and it's fun, you get to meet a lot of people. I used do pressed-flower craft, and sell my stuff at fairs and I'd make anywhere from $50 to a few hundred dollars. Sometime you just pay for the space and sometimes they just take a commission of your sales. Re: wanna see some more crafts?

i don't draw very well but i do paint, there is one of sun and mountains in those photos. thanks for the compliments guys, so far the average price that's being suggested in between 10-12$ and that is pretty fair. i have so many other things that i make too, selling at a craft fair would be a blast! mall? what mall? we're in the smallest town ever here, only 3000 people. at least we have a library and a small grocery store but that's practically it! and i don't drive either. le sigh, we're close to my mom but far from any and everything else. i'm making some awesome gnome stuff, it should be up sometime next week if y'all want to take a look. i'll let you know when. i needle felted for the first time, it was so fun! i only poked myself in the finger once, yowch! man, i love crafting. ver, i know you gots talent girl. it's just hidden in there somewhere.
