What helps me keep on track

Date: October 29, 2008 04:25AM Since the fall has arrived, the cold and shorter days have had an influence on my 100% raw food plan. I'm now about 90% raw, eating a few cooked vegan meals per week. I too miss the abundance of fruits we had this summer.
what helps to keep me motivated and on track: -watching inspiring and educational videos on youtube -making videos to put on youtube see: 2008Raw2008 -watching Rawkathon, but now it's over... was very informative and inspiring -reading 2-3 raw diet/lifestyle/recipe books at a time. Right now, reading "Raw food life force..." by Natalia Rose, "Quantum Eating" by Tonya Zavasta, and "Juice fasting and detoxification" by Steve Meyerowitz -visiting some of my fav. websites, google: Karen Knowler, Green smootie revolution, and this one of course is one of the better ones. -continually learning about health -drinking green smoothies and tons of juice Re: What helps me keep on track
