Hi,
Is juicing the only way?
Is there a reason not to place it into a salad?
Thx

You can chew it and it is very good for your gums, and teeth, and also the juice of it when you chew is very healthy, but you have to spit it out.I don't believe you can eat it because it is very heavy and wouldn't digest very well.Only cows would digest it.

Eating it is fine, but juicing is more beneficial because you would have to chew a ton of grass to equal an ounce or two of juice.

Humans technically are not grass eaters and we don't have the proper enzymes in out gut to digest it (like a cow for example). It is great to chew it and spit it out for oral health. If you eat it, it will most likey just get passed through your system without much assimilation of nutrients.
