Shaky transition, beautiful and painful

Hello L&R community!
I guess this would be my first online journal about my journey into a committed lifestyle of eating living foods. (I much prefer the word 'living' to 'raw', it has a more enjoyable flavor to it).

Anyways, I have been interested in eating food that is vibrant and alive and organically sourced for a few years now... but it has only been recently, in continuous weak physical health and a growing desire to embody my heart's deepest held dreams, that I have felt a need to vibrate at a completely new level 100%. I want the energy to life the passionate and committed life my heart yearns for...

I've been impatient recently... don't exactly know what I'm doing with my diet right now!

Sometimes I created these delicious, inspired salads, lettuce wraps, pates, soups, smoothies... and it's a lot of fun. But overall I don't know how to do this in a balanced way and find myself overeating a ton of apples, or cashews...

Anyways, there's lots of little things that need tweaking and balancing here.

But does anyone have some good transition advice?
I'm not eating 100% raw right now, my stomach tends to hurt and clench up when I do that and I need to go slower, especially in the colder seasons.

Ooooh, and at the same time I've been trying to detox myself (for a few years, haha, havn't found the right natural health care professionals to guide me in doing a colon cleanse or parasite cleanse), but it hasn't been very successful.

I'm hopefully going to head down to the Tree of Life in Arizona sometime soon for real professional help in this... because I've been so weak that I can't seem to leave the house and go far before I feel drained...
