Light-headed

I have been living on raw foods for about a month and have felt wonderful and have lost 12 pounds without cravings and hunger. Just this week I have been experiencing a bit of light-headedness and wonder if any of you might have some suggestions.

If you find that you're light-headed on a raw diet, your blood sugar could be too low. Try adding a piece of fruit or a starchy vegetable (like corn) to your meals. If it's only when you stand, it could be caused by blood pressure that is too low. In this case, it could mean you're mildly dehydrated. Drink more water, and eat more in general. That should help.
