Young Thai Coconut Adventures in Seattle

My Search for the best deal on a young thai coconut in seattle.

WORST DEAL:

CHAIN SUPERMARKETS. 2.99 per coconut.


12th & Jackson Produce Market: This is the one with the big blue tarps out front. They used to sell a case of 9 for $8.99. Until they caught onto me. Now they charge 13.99

10th & Jackson Produce Market: This place is a big warehouse in the south side of Jackson. They sell coconuts for 1.19 each. Great deal? NOT SO! Every coconut I opened from them was off. six bucks wasted.

BEST WAY TO OPEN A YOUNG THAI COCONUT: Saw.
WORST WAY TO OPEN A YOUNG THAI COCONUT: Hammer, Mini-cleaver.
