Date: January 29, 2014 07:31AM My meal plan for tomorrow:
10am: 2 bell peppers with walnuts + lemon juice + cucumbers + cherry tomatoes snack whenever: nuts 1:00pm: greens plus pineapple salsa (pineapple plus red onion, bell pepper, mint, chili powder, lemon juice) plus a banana snack: grapes 5pm: banana 6pm: 4 fruits 7pm: basic green smoothie (greens + banana + frozen blueberries + anything raw extra I find and fancy) If I'm jonesin: tea! love my licorice tea I'm excited! This sounds like plenty of food, affordable, and doable. Not looking forward to detoxing though... oy vey! Re: My plan

So good that you made a plan for the day. Looking forward to hearing how this day went (once you go past evening time, of course).
