Date: January 27, 2014 04:48PM Tomorrow is 3 weeks living raw and loving it.
Since I last wrote this diary, I have one cooked meal which did not sit well with me and yesterday I ate a piece of garlic and feta focaccia. Also regretted it. Those are my only cheats. Saturday, I got married and just drank water and had a salad to eat. My partner and I both got salmonella somehow so I'm going to be more active in cleaning the fruit and veg. I tried making a raw pasta but something left a really bad after taste so I'll try again soon. Oh! I've lost 10,5kg and I'm loving it!! Re: Going raw in South Africa

14,7Kg down and still feeling amazing! Seeing this as a lifestyle rather than a diet is the answer! Re: Going raw in South Africa

Date: February 18, 2014 01:39PM Congratulations, Paul, for the wedding and for your amazing lifestyle
Indeed, this must be a lifestyle in order to work and make you feel this great. And what a wonderful lifestyle it is... You mentioned making raw pasta. Have you tried making cucumber spaghetti? Imo, they are the best raw spaghetti ever. Looking forward to reading more good news from you.... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Raw vegan for life. Vegan for the animals. Raw for my health. Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
