I only drink it B4 my LONG...run. that would be anything over 20k

I have it so rarely that when I do LOOKOUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had it 7am this morning and STILL feel it!!

My special ingredients are
Stevia
Chocolate almond milk (store bought)

I have been vegan for over 10 years..my daughter (wish I knew how to post her pic) has been vegan since conception! wE don't do animal products..

I made some banana ice cream in my green star

ALWAYS a HIOT!!

I had 2 LLARGE bowls

for dinner the family is having pasta with tomatoe sauce GOD does it smell GOOD - I am such a GREAT cook! I do ask how am I EVER going to go 100%??

- I made myself zuchinni pasta (cut with a potato peeler - I have the sladacco but am too lazy) with raw pesto LOTS OF IT!!

8 zuchinni's
Tossed with the pesto
on a bed of greens

It's in the dehydrator waming up

I took some pumpkin seeds and flax seeds and ground them together - nice "cheese" to sprinkle on top!!

Well, not 100% today - almond milk - that's ok!!
Lets see is I don't cave and have some Pasta

Hey Tori!

Things are sounding good for you! I sure envy you being able to run 27K and feel great. You are in some amazing good shape girl.

What's in your pesto recipe? Warming the whole thing in the dehydrator sounds interesting. I think the though of eating it stone cold is what turns me off.

Have been to Planet Organic a couple of times. Made the mistake of buying some of the raw cookies. They are awful, too sweet, all I can taste is raw agave, at least I think that's what it is. They have knocked down the price of the bananas I think, probably thanks to you.

Bouhgt some raw black tahini, not sure what to do with it though.

Wish I was doing better..

I have been eating a cooked dinner almost every night!
It is SO HARD To cook YUMMY food and NOT have any...

I feel the need to taste if it needs any spice...
taste SO GOOD, so I cannto resist - I wish I didn't have to cook for DH and daughter!!

Raw BLACK tahini?

WOW _ only have the white stuff..

YOu can make a salad dressing..
Tomatoe - Tahini - pineapple (i like it with the white tahini)
smother it on top of a banana
make raw hummous - it'll be black!!!! cool!
(I HATE the taste of RAW chick peas..GREAT secret - blanch them in pre boiled water for 3-4 minutes - ya not 100% but it takes the RAW edge off and the inside of the pea does NOT heat up!)

Oh anyone can do 27k or even more - You just gotta train...

Pesto recipe - from the top of my head

Basil (lots!!!)
Cilantro
Pine nuts
garlic
1 tomatoe - makes it less FAT
salt
olive oil

I combine the living on live food recipe and RAW recipe....

I think that's it!

I couldn't eat all 8 zuchinni's...they were big and FAT!

I was physically full at the end....put the rest in the freezer - but still I lingered in the kitchen looking into the fridge....wanting something sweet...

I took a swig of the chocolate almond milk...

Came home ate:

240g for dried figs (while I was shopping actually)
an apple

6 zucchini - linguine
Pesto sauce (the last of my frozed batch)
ground flax and pumpkin seeds

I was full but took a small bowl of hubby's dinner

Organic brown rice
kidney beans
cabbage
in tomato sauce...

it was yummy going down, but here I am where I started - BLOATED!!

I think those beans are bad...

THis morning:

1/4 pineapple
1 head celery
1 banana
9 dried figs (soaked overnight)

Thorwn in a blender - YUM YUM!!!

I brought a BUNCH of peeled and mixed citrus to work...
something like..

2 pink GF
4 oranges
1 pomelleo

All mixed together - the blend of different flavours is YUMM!!

So I've made a promise to myself about the month of MARCH - and decided to start today..
I do not want to tell what it is because I am SO TIRED of not being successful with my "promises". I will just keep posting everything I consume and maybe ya'll will figure it out in a few day/weeks, IF I last that long,,,,if not...I'll just forget it ever wrote this...

Here's the deal - Just don't ask - I will tell when and IF I get ready!!

THis morning I made a yummy smoothie

1c blueberries
1-2 c pineapple

Then I was off to go teach Bodypump (1h weight lifting to music)

I go tto work and chatted with a very good friend - she told me I smelled like "the earth" I asked her how? she said like "green" "hemp" in the past she told me I smelled like "dirt"

YIKES

I MUST smell yukky to non raw fooders....
She only tole me this because wqe are close and she know she can...does everyone think I smell like dirt?

HAve any of you experienced this????

Haha i have not had that experience yet...but do put perfume ( i know it's not good) on my clothes not my skin though.....so i cover up anyt "dirt or earth" haha i might smell like....but there is a few blogs on here i have seen in the main forum of many people being told they smell like dirt or earth...so it's not you...but at least we don't smell like fried animals right???

Ya, I LOVE smoothies, they just do not fill me up as long as eating the fruit whole, BUT i hate celery and need it for the sodium - I sweat during workout..

IT is BAD weather...

TOday:

2 bananas
1c blueberries
pineapple
1 head celery

BLENDED - YUM!!

6 bananas at school

1 apple
2 bananas

mango
celery
cucumber --- blended

poured on baby greens
2 chopped bananas on top

Oh ya I had a small bag of "apricot kernals" from the chinese market..I assume they are the seeds?

I made soba noodles ala japan for hubby and did take a few fork fulls

YUM!

Ran 10k on treadmill~!

Seems all the raw food of the last few days has given me a distended abdomen - any one else experience this??

Sounds like you are doing great..is 10k 10 miles or close to that? That's amazing..I had gotten up to about 4-5 miles on the treadmill. Not doing that right now though.

Hi rawrnr....you are doing amazing keep up the good work...you might have a distended tummy from the bananas when i was eating more i had that too..now that i stick with less banana's i am doing better with the tummy sticking out haha....but hey if 14 banana's means all raw for the day keep it up...that is awesome...whatever works for you...i have been eating a head of cauliflower a day to get the grain taste ....so to each their own...wow yeah i would defintely be treking through the blizzard to get to the gym as well......i am addicted to exercise it is my life really most times i am at the gym then i am anywhere else in a day....i spend majority of my day there....i would love to take your spinning class i love it.....they have currently had no teacher for our class but this week it starts back up...at 6 am....so i am excited....well i hope all is well with you and you sound like youa re doing amazing still!! keep up the good work

Still learning a lot from your posts.

Am definitely going to have to visit Chinese produce market to get some fruit. Have developed a taste for passionfruit from being away and I want to find a source.

I think really cold weather is behind us for the most part. Am ordering heirloom tomato seeds etc this week from Saltspring Island B.C. website. Can't wait to see those little green shoots breaking the earth in my sunny window in the kitchen.
