Soaked sunflower seeds...a couple of cups
Lemon juice or raw apple cider vinegar to taste
water to make it the right consistency
coriander
sea salt
Put it all in a food processor, and let it run until it's really creamy.
Soooooo goooodddd
Yummy in a wrap, with veggie sticks, etc.

hey girl...hmm nori good brand is emerald cove nori sheets..not laver it is way tooo fishy haha...you have to get the organic raw nori sheets.....because to get nori and seaweed...fishermen put big huge nets out and then the seaweed growns on it and most companies leave the little fish and sea creatures that get caught in the seaweed and grind it up with the seaweed and makethe nori sheets....so it gets a little fishier..you gotta really watch out...i like emerald cove i know it is safe and good...but i try to stay away anymore cuz i am too nervous haha..
anyways hun good luck..oh and no you don't have to soak nori before you use it..just roll and go!
enjoy
