Week one- Eating raw is enjoyable. My face is breaking out due to detox. I found out that if I want to be 100% raw I can't drink coffee, so I will quit in the coming week. I sometimes crave cooked food. This weekend I ate cooked food and I felt horrible. I had no energy, my stomach felt overly full, and I just wasn't myself. Never do that again!!!!! I can't wait to see how much weight I will lose. I am starting to exercise, and I feel great. Now I can see how this lifestyle changes people for the better.

week 2
I'm still truckin on. I lost a few more lbs. I couldn't exercise because i got sick, I'm very impressed because I still lost weight. I still have 80 more pounds to lose, but I know that it will come eventually. i'm still feeling great. My face is starting to clear up , so I know that detox will end soon. thats all for now.
