My food and workout journal

Hi Im new pretty new to posting here, but I have been viewing the forum for a while. I decided to start a journal to help keep me focused and help other raw vegans on the forum who may be into athletics. I have been a vegetarian since march, but I wnt to try raw again and reap all the benifits. I think it will help my athletics alot. I have a new resolve to try to stick to it for good this time, and conquer my food addictions. Everyday I'll list my weight, food, workouts and feelings. Right now, I do Judo and I am a certified personall trainer although I'm not working at that yet... Also Id like to compete in a 5km this year, and the charity bench press competition at the local gym next year.

Start weight: 178lbs

You've lost 4 lbs in 3 days! That's a lot. Is that one of your objectives?
