Date: November 24, 2007 02:52PM Thought I would start my own UNCOOKING photo space/blog rather than bunging up the ED journal space-- will still be journaling in there!!
Realling getting into uncooking atm.. thinking about making it more than a hobby.. Planning to make this week chocolate cake, chocolate mouse cheesecake and some muffins.. got some new pans coming Monday.. I cant wait!! Anyway here are a few things I have made this weekend Raw cookies 
Raw Halva ( interpretation- since I didnt have any tahini!!) 
Raw goodie box ready to go off with my friend for tea later ..

lol my friend isnt raw, but she scarfed them up anyway!! lol Here is my raw toffee pie..inspired by one I saw online..awesome stuff!! Really pleased how its come out.. I thought I would photograph it before I attempted to pipe it with raw icing..badly..LOL!! This lady created the original..she is the queen of raw deserts!! [rawgoddessheathy.blogspot.com]
