GENETIC DEGENERATIVE DISEASE AND RAW

Date: June 10, 2006 08:20PM Has any body heard of Raw living halting or slowing down inherited degenerative disease? I am thinking particularly of Ushers syndrome (loss of hearing and sight) USH2.

-All you can do is what you can do: set the stage for healing. -Cooking damages the food you eat - so avoiding it as much as possible will certainly speed your recovery. Date: June 11, 2006 04:55PM Thanks for your advice, I will try to broach the subject of rawing with the person soon. I read something on the Garden Diet site about Montel Williams doing a Raw experiment to halt/reverse his MS, but I cannot seem to find it now. If I recall correctly he was doing a 6mth trial with a raw chef. I can't wait to hear the results.

It is a small passage where MW describes the relief of some of his symptoms and how he is using 2 chefs, one raw for 6 mths and will be writing his results in a book. I couldn't find any reference to this on Mw's website. I hope he has good progress. Anna Sorry, only registered users may post in this forum.
