I drink soy milk and seeds and nuts help out greatly with protien issues. In nursing I learned that our hair is basically long strands of protien. since I have waist length hair that is thick enough for 2 people(LOL!), I think I'm doing ok. Some others have posted simelar worries though. Thanks for the link!

well, with seeds and nuts you probably have a better
chance of getting enough.

I honestly hope so. I also eat quite a bit of granola. I'm fairly sure that has a decent protien count too.
