Hmmm...lemme check:

Total Protein = 7.0 (normal 6.0-8.3)
Amino Acids (Serine, Glutamine, Asparagine) all normal.

Let me know which hormones you mean and I'll check the test. I don't think so though.

Hi David-

Congratulations!

In regards to supplements:
<<Yes Phantom....about 7-8 years...at least...since I supplemented (and that was only a vegan chewable...heh..heh.)>>

Do use any things like Spiruleana, Blue Green Algae, seaweeds, bee pollen, or marine plankton?
Please Pardon my amazing curiosity :-)
Do you make fresh veggi juices or green smoothies?
Do you eat any fats like Tahini or coconutbutter, or is your diet strictly fresh produce and a few nuts?

Thanks for your inspiring example.

Heh...no...never have happy. No....never any veggie juices or green smoothies. Just never seemed very appealing for me. I stopped eating nuts about 2 years ago. I've eaten coconuts off and on though. Nothing processed in many years though....just fresh fruits....and the occasional coconut! smiling smiley I remember many years ago......my times making Essene Bread (a semi-success) and the time I tried to make my own almond butter (a miserable failure)....heh..heh.

WOW ! must be an interesting story how you came to simplify so much.

<<Nothing processed in many years though....just fresh fruits....and the occasional coconut! smiling smiley >>

WOW

Really...no greens, no celery, no veggies?

What fruits are your staples?

Heh..heh. Yeah...it was a gradual evolution for me. Very natural. Whatever is in season is good for me. I like local watermelon the best. Melons are awesome. Papaya is good too. A classic apple is good now and again. Ripe pineapple is a real joy. It's all good. (Although nothing beats a $3.00 watermelon that weighs like 30 lbs! Now THAT's dinner.

Thanks David
....I just went to your nice website and learned more about your dietary evolution from your posts at the forum there.

....I am only at the beginning of my raw journey, still going thru detox, but already getting lots of benefits.

....I have ordered a mercury test kit from

because of my fillings.

And I am adding more exercise to my lifestyle.

Is there a link for photos of your farm?

That's cool happy. I'll take some new pix and post em. Madinah: I just got the results - not an interpretation.

The results don't support his "fruit is evil" hypothesis.

Coco: No. No feedback that I am aware of. No biggie. I'm sure I'm not the top of Dr. Clement's list! LOL.

Arugula: In my own experience, I just haven't seen that in practice. In my observation, most folks (without a predisposition to want to harm themselves) will do well on a high fruit diet...if very clean internally. I don't recommend it for beginners....as they might find it...umm...unsatisfying.

of course all fruit is going to be better than all mcdonald's or even all cooked veg or vegan, i sure would like the no greens thing to be examined a bit more though. i find the science behind it all interesting. not that i'm going to convert to any one thing, i'm still going to go my own way. i just think it's all pretty nifty.

what's that thing my mama says? something about i'm here for a good time, not a long time. ha ha, i've always been pretty quality over quantity you know... if fruit or greens float your boat, why not eh? it's the journey, not the destination after all.

The fact that you didn't hear from Brian
Clement tells me everything was Fine. He would certainly
have said something if you are Out-of-Balance.
I still think the Best Test is to go by how you feel....
both physically and mentally....WY
