nutridiary.com and iron

I've just started using nutridiary.com and i can't seem to get enough iron or calcium. Any tips? Do you think i need as much as they say?

I think that a better way than consulting a website to find out if you need iron is to get your blood tested. I'm sure nutridiary would say that my three year old needs more iron because she doesn't eat meat or fortified cereals, but her recent blood test said her iron levels are fine. I think her not eating or eating just a little of the foods that inhibit iron absorption (like dairy) has helped.
